Location* Location*Location* This modern and stylish townhouse is situated right downtown Mt Maunganui. Leave the car and walk everywhere as the vibrant downtown hub is right at your doorstep! The gorgeous Mt Maunganui beach, harbour and Mauao are only a short stroll away. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this sunny townhouse is the ideal spot for your Mount getaway.

The Space:
Set over two levels, upstairs has the master bedroom and bathroom as well as the spacious living area. Take a pew on the balcony which overlooks views of Mauao. Downstairs has the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. There is off street parking for up to 2 cars and a gate that leads right to downtown so you can ditch the car and walk everywhere! Sky sports is also on offer for sports fans.

Other Things to Note:
We partner with SafeGuest to protect our property and guests. A short online verification will be required prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
We have a strict no party policy and only accept group bookings from over 25's

Beautiful Mount home away from home

Fantastic three bedroom town house with amazing views of the Mount. Spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach, shops and cafes. A great family getaway.

Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely clean house, very close to the beach, shops and cafes, and yet very quiet. Good offroad parking. Excellent layout that worked well, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry downstairs and living area and main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Would definitely be keen to stay again.

Great location!

This is a great condo in the heart of a really fun area of Mount Maunganui. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, walking paths, or restaurants across the alley behind the condo. Parking is a premium in this area and it is pretty busy, so to be able to walk everywhere took away all of the stress of worrying where to park. There are so many fantastic restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and the beach is beautiful. The condo is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do a load of laundry as we were nearing the end of our vacation. As this is close to a main area of shopping and restaurants, we could hear some noise at night from the bars (music, etc) but it did not bother us nor did it affect our ability to sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely area and would highly recommend this property!
