1ベッドルーム/ 1バスルームのアパート。 広々として、静かで、快適で安全。 レイアウトによる快適な横風。 背後にあるエル・ユンケとサン・フアン港の素晴らしい眺め。

La Puntillaに位置し、「Paseo de La Princesa」遊歩道、知事の邸宅、旧市街のその他のモニュメントや歴史的名所からすぐです。 オールドサンファンのすべてのレストラン、バー、ブティック、食料品店などからアパートまで徒歩圏内です。

沿岸警備隊と同じ通りに位置し、アパートは地方と連邦警察によって絶えず監視されています。 アパートはエルムセオ・デル・アーセナルの正面にあります（写真参照）。

便利なバスターミナル、安全な駐車場、そしてサンファン湾を越えてカタニョまで行くフェリーがあり、ここでバカルディラムファクトリーを訪れます。

*アパートメントには2つのバルコニーがあります。

*布団ソファはフルサイズのベッドに折りたたみます。

*テレビ/ケーブルはありません。 ただし、個人のラップトップやタブレットでプログラムをストリーミングしたいお客様には、Wifiインターネットを提供しています。

I had a great stay at this apartment in Old San Juan. The location is one of its biggest advantages—it’s within walking distance of many of the area’s best restaurants, bars, shops, and historic attractions. Whether you’re looking for nightlife, sightseeing, or great local food, everything is conveniently close by.The apartment is also perfectly situated for exploring beyond Old San Juan. Condado’s beaches, casinos, and entertainment are only about a 5- to 10-minute Uber ride away, making it easy to enjoy both the historic charm of Old San Juan and the modern attractions of the city.If you’re looking for a comfortable place with an unbeatable location and easy access to everything Puerto Rico has to offer, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean apartment, with lots of fresh air if you keep the balcony doors open, but there is air conditioning in the bedroom, which was very nice.Great hosts, easy check-in, beautiful view of the port, washer & dryer, coffee maker, etc.Location and price were just spot on for us!The only thing is that it's an apt on the 4th floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind.

What a great location for exploring Viejo San Juan! It was sucha pleasant stay, and Olivia communicated with me as things came up. I appreciated her checking in when there was a power outage in town to make sure we were ok.

We were contacted by the host a week in advance asking when to expect us. Upon arrival we were met with an enthusiastic and kind, Rosa, who showed us the apartment and gave us the key. It is a gated community and felt very safe. We often did not need the air conditioning, but there was one available in the bedroom. The main part of the apartment is very airy with a nice breeze from the ocean; especially, when both patio doors are open. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or listen to sounds from Old San Juan. There are many shops and food nearby. There are many tourists and it felt safe walking even at night nearby.

This cozy apartment in Old San Juan had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The host was fantastic, the location was perfect, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The view from the balcony doors was absolutely breathtaking. Whenever I return to Old San Juan, I would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment for any couple.

The condo in Old San Juan was a lovely place to stay during our PR trip. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants, attractions and a grocery store. The 4th floor balcony views were beautiful! We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and out each day. There was no AC in the main living area, but the breeze through the open doors kept the condo cool during our visit. The AC in the bedroom kept the room cold at night. Our host, Olivia, was easy to reach and responded quickly any time we reached out to her. We rented a car and could easily get to many nearby attractions: El Yunque Nat'l Forest, Kioskos de Luquillo and Casa Bacardi.The only issue was parking. There was a parking lot next to the condo building. However, the lot was extremely difficult or impossible to get into for different reasons each day. Also, traffic was heavy every day. We traveled during Christmas. This is high season in San Juan and could have been the issue. Our overall VRBO experience was great! We would highly recommend this condo for a stay in Old San Juan Puerto Rico.

Great location, clean, well run

We stayed for 9 days and our experiences were in line with others. The property is well run, amazingly clean, and centrally located in Old San Juan. The bedroom AC is powerful, the washer and dryer work great, and the water pressure is on point! Would stay here again.

San Juan Harbor Home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment, which has a superb view of the harbor and Tradewinds breezing through the many patio doors, giving a wonderful tropical vibe. The apartment is centrally located so everywhere in Old San Juan is easy to walk to, including the forts and ferry. The spacious living area is well appointed and comfortable, so we were able to prepare meals easily when we didn’t feel like going out to the many nearby restaurants , or kick back and read, or - as we mostly did- watch the world go by from the high balcony. The hosts, Olivia and Luis were very responsive to any questions and very friendly, making the trip that much more enjoyable.

Great apartment in old San juan

We stayed a week in August. Perfect location and quiet. Location is as listed. Owner communication, checking and follow up to our questions was awesome. Bedroom AC is a must. We loved our time and would recommend staying here. Mark and Dee.

Adequate economy unit

Unit is in great location, but in an old, worn building. Noisy during the day from ship repairs on the nearby docks and at night from party noise from the old town. But a good price.

Location! Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming condo. The view was breathtaking. The location was close to everything in Old San Juan. The communication with the host was timely and helpful. We walked to many restaurants, bars, tour groups, and churches. Highly recommend!
