This beachfront unit has been recently renovated, with new flooring, granite countertops, new couches and a new bed in the master bedroom! The kitchen has a new backsplash and dishwasher.

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Enjoy watching the waves roll in as you sit on this direct beachfront balcony. This unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, swimming pool and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the condo were wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck, heated pool and easy beach access. Some easy suggestions on making this unit better would be switching out the very old bathroom exhaust fans and air return vents, get a decent indoor entrance rug, bed skirts and replace the bold colored metal wall decor with lighter items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
