Property was very clean, good location, very relaxing on porch by the lake. Host was very accommodating. Supplied everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay. Definitely will go back.

Denis and his guest were absolutely perfect guests! Everything was left clean and perfect. They gathered up the laundry and put it in the laundry room. We would love to host Denis and his guest again! We would also highly recommend them to other hosts! Thank you Denis for looking over our home as if it was your own!

Excellent for our nice Staycation

We just wanted to get away together for a quick relaxing sleepover. Everything fit our needs perfectly. Next time we'll do the 3 day weekend.

Great weekend getaway

Quiet peaceful getaway. Sunrises over the lake we’re amazing. The place had everything we needed plus. Joseph was a great host. We will be back soon.

Michele and her guests were awesome guests! They left the Lakehouse clean and in great shape! They enjoyed the awesome views the Lakehouse has to offer and the Fishies at the dock! We would definitely host Michele again and would highly recommend to other hosts!

Fantastic place and host

We love to fish and this place fits the bill completely. It has a ramp which is tight but my Ranger made it in and out. Covered dock but no rain so no issue. The place is cozy and has everything you would ever need. Joseph is excellent in his response time with any question you might have.

Loved our stay. We came for a saturday event at the lake and this lakehouse property was perfect! Joseph is an excellent host and quick to answer any of my questions. The house is very clean and equipped with all we needed and more. The welcome gift in the fridge was a nice surprise! We would love to stay again.

Short winter trip

We stayed at the property for a few days while visiting our son who recently moved to the area. The unit is roomy for a small group, clean, and well equipped. The location on the lake is very nice (very quiet while we were there). I only contacted Joseph once for some checkout instructions and his reply was prompt with all questions answered.

Fantastic get away

The place was exactly as advertised. The property mgr was extremely responsive. My wife was outside constantly fishing and we were able to connect with a few bass, that were happy to be released. I booked another weekend in march as this was very relaxing and did not have to drive hours. Well worth it!!

Perfect Getaway

Grandma took the kids and we ran away! First kid-free getaway in 10 years and this was just perfect for what we needed. Extremely clean and well maintained inside and out. When a power outage caused by a lightning storm made the water heater go out, the homeowner was very quick to respond and the local maintenance guy was great. We felt well taken care of. Gorgeous views, serene time spent on the patio and a quiet neighborhood.

MAKE SURE THAT THE OWNER REMOVE ALL THE VIDEO CAMERAS INSTALL IN THE PROPERTY TO WATCH YOU-smell sulfur-the place and the water-be careful don't go in the lagoon is full of alligators-the trailer is clean

There is one Ring Doorbell that faces the driveway and street. It’s a lake not a lagoon. All fresh water lakes and rivers in FL has Alligators. The Lakehouse is on Well and Septic. The water has been tested and is Safe. We provide 10 Gallons of Primo Water with a Hot and Cold dispenser. This guest Violated multiple Lakehouse Policies. Unregistered Pets. The Pet size is negotiable, 2 oversized Pets. 2 small 2 Large Dogs. We have a pet limit of 2. One of the dogs Urinated on the Carpeting. Jose tried to hide it. When asked by VRBO to pay the $25 pet fee. They refused. The Lakehouse is small yet Beautiful inside and out. The one ring doorbell is for Guests security as well as ours. The Ring is mostly viewed when the Lakehouse is Vacant. Not when there is activity that is supposed to be there. Jose Oppizzi was rude and disrespectful of us VRBO and our lovely Lakehouse. We would highly NOT recommend Jose to other Hosts.

Birthday Gift

Close to our home less than a 20 minutes drive, Property was everything described except was listed as having a hot tub (Does not). Wife works in a manufacturing shop was looking forward to this for relaxing her overworked muscles. Friday was her birthday, and this was my gift to her.
