Great house, ample room.
We had a lovely stay at the lake house. It was large enough for the family and having 3 bathrooms was ideal.
It was easy to find and the location suited us perfectly as we attended a wedding at Langhorn Creek.
A few drawbacks; the property was promoted as having great outdoor facilities but the grounds were very unkempt and being summer we could not let the children go off the deck to make use of the play equipment. It would have been better if the immediate area around the house had been mown. The deck area however was spacious so that was the play area. We felt for the amount we paid that the grounds should have been tidier and safer. There was a section of the deck without railing or wires, just rope looped around, meant it was not safe, especially for crawling babies. Oh, and the 2 bins were already full of rubbish when we arrived. I am sure these issues will be addressed before any future bookings.
The Clayton Bay area is very pretty and the nearby wine regions are easy to get to.
