With plenty of open space, children can run, cycle, and play, enjoying the monkey bars playground, basketball stand, and sprawling outdoor areas.

For those who love the great outdoors, our retreat is ideal for caravans, tents, and swags, allowing you to invite extra guests for a unique camping experience. Prefer a cozy night in? Gather around the indoor fireplace and enjoy the comfort home and play games and puzzles that are available.

Explore the Region (Within 10-20 Minutes Drive):
• Langhorne Creek Wine Region – Home to some of South Australia’s most premium wines, with vines dating back to 1860. They offer great lunch places, wine tastings and wine festivals
• Goolwa Beach – A perfect spot for surfing, scenic walks, and family-friendly fun.
• Strathalbyn - Unearth the quaint, country-style markets, boutique shops and beautiful heritage buildings in the historic main streets.

Our spacious, open-plan living area offers a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for large groups and families. The panoramic lake views from the living room create a tranquil setting, whether you are:

✔ Enjoying meals at the large dining table
✔ Unwinding in the comfortable lounge

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Master Bedroom (BR1) – Queen bed, stunning lake views, and a newly renovated ensuite.
• Bedroom 2 (BR2) – Queen bed with gorgeous lake views.
• Bedroom 3 (BR3) – Queen bed.
• Bedroom 4 (BR4) – Bunk beds for 4 ( 2+1 bunk beds, + extra sofa bed possible), partial lake views.
• Bedroom 5 (BR5) – Bunk beds for 6 (two 2+1 bunk beds. Single on the top, double bottom bunk).
✔ Bathroom 1 (Ensuite) – Modern amenities in the master bedroom.
✔ Bathroom 2 – Shower, toilet, and vanity (near Bedrooms 3 & 4).
✔ Bathroom 3 – Shower/bath, toilet, and vanity (near Bedrooms 2 & 5).

Outdoor spaces
✔ Expansive deck with 180-degree lake views – Relax and take in the stunning scenery.

For boating enthusiasts, the Clayton Bay boat ramp is just minutes away, providing easy access to the lake for larger boats and jet skis. While our private jetty is best suited for kayaks and small boats, it offers direct water access for leisurely paddles on the lake.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including:
✔ Ample parking for large boats, trailers, and caravans.
✔ Clayton Bay boat ramp (2 minutes away) for launching boats and jet skis.
✔ Direct lake access from the property for kayaks and small boats.

Other Things to Note
We welcome all guests who respect the property, the environment, and our home. While we encourage relaxation and celebrations. If you like extra guests for camping, just contact us. Please note:
🚫 No loud parties – Keep noise levels low after 10-11 pm.
🧹 Leave no glass on the grass – Ensuring safety for children and pets.
🔥 Fires permitted only in designated areas and during the fire-safe season.
