Come and enjoy a wonderful beach front vacation in our beach front home.



This property is #2 of a side by side duplex. Nothing is shared with the next

door property except for the beach, front door entryway and large back deck.



Downstairs we have one very large bedroom with two Queen Size Beds, along with

a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower as well as all the living areas.

This includes a living room with a large 55" Smart TV just above the

fireplace.



Upstairs is the Master bedroom with a King Size Bed, and a beautiful view of

the bay. As well as the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, along with a full

bathroom with another combination shower and tub. We also have a second

living room with a large 65" Smart TV just for the kids.



Our beautiful Beach front home was built in 1914 and as such, it may not be

for everyone. We are still in the process of completing a historic renovation

of the exterior with some trim and siding not fully completed. The original

cedar shake siding was just discovered under layers of vinyl siding and is

still in the process of repairing and refurbishing. However, this will in no

way impact your stay with us. A new roof, windows and new central AC/Heat has

just been installed and it will be very comfortable for summer and winter. We

also have a washer/dryer in the laundry room available for you to use.



We are beach front, with a walk of about 50 feet to get across the sandy

dunes. We have a 70" Smart TV upstairs, as well as a 55 inch TV downstairs,

and high speed WiFi for all your streaming entertainment needs.



Our kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment needed for those wanting to

stay home and practice your culinary skills.



But best of all is the secluded neighborhood and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay

Beaches, right out your door.



We also have off street parking in our driveway as well as a back deck and a

charcoal grill for cooking out.



Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is

now over 108 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building

standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its

charm as an older beach cottage. The bathrooms are not as large as what is

found in modern structures, but even so we hope that you will love our older

and charming home.







** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We will

immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - This is a wonderful

community and we love and respect our neighbors. We are all entitled to a

"quiet enjoyment" of the beach, the neighborhood and our home - this also

applies to the rights of our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.



All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and

security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **











Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
