LOCATION – 3 blocks north of Main Street
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves
SLEEPS – Up to 6 people in two bedrooms; 1 bedroom has 1 king bed & day bed, a queen bed in second bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living area
BATH – 2 full baths; one with a walk-in shower & a second bath with a tub & shower combo
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a traditional coffeepot
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – SMART TV, WiFi, indoor gas fireplace, front porch with seating, outdoor covered deck with seating & dining area, outdoor wood burning firepit

CHILDREN – YES

Please be aware that there is an additional charge of $44/person/night (before tax) for each person in the party after the first 5.

Before it was sold to its current owner, the house was rented under the name of Sweet Tea.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Sunflower Haus-mom and daughter trip

The house was great! The beds are super comfortable and the location is ideal, the back deck was great for relaxing. The only issue we had during our stay was the thermostat kept turning off, it had no power for most of the stay and 2 nights we didn't get very good sleep because it was hot in the house. Hopefully this will be fixed as we'd love to stay there again next October!

The Sunflower home was perfect - super clean, great back porch for visiting, quiet neighborhood, short walk (about 3 blocks) to the Main street. We walked everywhere. Next time, we know to call in advance for wine tours; however, we did connect with Majestic Tours and Ronnie was great. Sooo many wonderful places to eat within walking distance. Lots of cute shops; however, most close at 5, so it was difficult to get shopping in:(. Only suggestion for Sunflower is to maybe have some games available to play in the evening after a wine tour or shopping. Otherwise - a lovelu home and a wonderful visit.

This is our second time staying at Sunflower Haus... love this place. Very convenient to Pacific War Museum and Main Street. It is very comfortable and has a wonderful back yard and patio area. This is our go-to place for visiting Fredericksburg.

Loved this place!

I would definitely stay here again, plan on going back next year! Reason for rating, wished back deck would've been swept off and patio furniture and cushions cleaned. Nevertheless, I would do it again!

Amazing Stay

The house is cute as can be and provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the backyard the most!the kitchen was fully stocked and having two up dated bathrooms was great. The check in and out process was seamless. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sunflower Haus. The property was extremely clean and well furnished. The location is excellent, only about a 5-6 minute walk (.3 mi) to W Main providing easy access to shopping and restaurants. Everything about the home was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.
