The sound of silence will amaze you. Regenerate, explore or reconnect with nature. Spend your days reading, fishing, meditating, swimming or . . doing absolutely nothing! Either way, you will be creating beautiful memories with family and friends.

Three level Hawkesbury River waterfront home, with private Jetty. Amazing views of the water from every room in the house.

4 bedrooms, 4 comfortable queen size beds + 1 pull out sofa bed (double) in upstairs bedroom, accommodates 10 - 12 people.

Two open plan living areas, both with large extra comfortable sofas + Reverse Cycle aircon. Main living area has beautiful custom built 12 person dining table for those memorable dinners!

Massive wrap around verandas/balconies on all three Levels. (Middle level has comfortable seating). The home is north west facing, so you will get a-lot of lovely sunlight, to protect you we have roll out awnings to provide a little bit of shade from bright sunlight during the day.

Cook anything in our beautiful large Kitchen with a modern 4 pan electric cooktop + 6 burner Jumbuck BBQ (outside area, Gas provided). We have you covered with a large fridge + Space in the freezer. All kitchen, cooking and dining utensils provided.


ENTERTAINMENT + ACTIVITIES

- Foxtel HD iQ3 in main lounge and Main bedroom, 65" State of the art Ultra HD Samsung television/home theatre in the main living area, iPhone, iPad, iPod connection to main System stereo with amazing sound, for all your music needs. Free Wireless broadband Internet connection. Xbox 360 to watch movies and play some video games!

- Huge array of old School Nostalgic DVD’s to pick from in upstairs living area, Just play them through the Xbox 360.

- Custom built Indoor fireplace on the main level to keep you warm during the winter months.

- Bookshelf with an array of books and boardgames to pick from. children’s toys and play area also upstairs!

- 2 kayaks and a canoe for fun in the water + Outdoor shower to wash off after your swim.

- Communal outdoor areas for socialising + Hammock for extra relaxation

- Space on jetty for two small boats (if you would like to bring your own boat please discuss further with host).

- The house is surrounded by national park, so theres a good chance you will see some beautiful wildlife going about their day right beside you!

- Abundance of lovely bush walks (all difficulty levels) in the surrounding national park.

- This only scratches the surface...There is so much to see and do, get creative in nature!

Guest access
This rental property includes the whole house and surrounding areas including the Jetty and Pontoon...You will have the entire house to yourself. Access to the house is via inclinator and access between the house levels is via stairs.
Other things to note
Please don't park anywhere beside 24 Cowan Drive space down the hill, accommodates up to 3 cars, need to squeeze to fit... Please drive up and down with caution as it is a steep decline/incline. Preferable if you have AWD or 4WD vehicle. Can be done in 2WD, but only recommended if you are confident driver.
