Experience Yattalunga like a local in this wonderful 2-bedroom cottage. Yattalunga is a small suburb forming part of the 3 villages of Davistown, Saratoga and Yattalunga. It is situated on Brisbane Water which surrounds Gosford and the 3 villages. Davistown is home to the antique Putt Putt boats and Putt Putt Regatta held annually.
Nestled in a serene setting, this cozy retreat features 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, a washing machine, and more. My cottage is conveniently located 10-15 minutes drive from the Gosford/Kariong M1 turnoff. It is also close to beaches, cafes & Erina Fair shopping centre.

Why they chose this property
I enjoy this neighborhood as it is very community minded. It is part of the 3 villages - Davistown, Saratoga and Yattalunga. It is very central and conveniently located near Gosford, Terrigal, Avoca & Erina.
What makes this property unique
My cottage is one of the few places where you will have the whole property to yourself. It includes plenty of off street parking and a double carport. A beautiful back Zen garden which includes a very private deck and a bbq or quiet coffee or wine.
