Perfect location for kite boarders, couples, or any duo looking for privacy RIGHT on the beach!

An exclusive opportunity to enjoy a naturally spectacular, multi acre property, while owners are gearing up to renovate. This unit is fully functional, but not yet fashionable, so best suited for lower maintenance travellers who prefer spending their vacation on the beach, as opposed to in their hotel room.

Guests have full access to the entire property, pool, tennis court, and best of all - private access to Long Bay's turquoise water and white sandy beach.

Paradise getaway

Where do i begin, the location of this properly is perfect. There is a resort next door, but you still have your privacy and the beach is not crowded like grace bay. The beach is only a few steps away and the most beautiful turquoise water as far as the eye can see. The kitchen was equipt with everything you need to cook some home meals. Bram the property owner was very helpful and really cared about making our stay pleasurable. The sun rise views from the rooftop were beautiful with a cup a coffee and the sunsets on the beach with cold beer were just as amazing. Also the outdoor shower is definitely a nice touch. AC works perfectly throughout the house. One thing my wife mentioned was she needed a hair dryer and i believe a iron unless we couldn't find it. Overall our experience there was pure bliss. We definitely want to go back if the opportunity comes up again. Thank you bram

Amazing vacation

What a beautiful place! This was a fabulous mini vacation with my spouse. We had the whole place to ourselves! The owner is renting out just one-bedroom unit with a kitchen right now, so we were the only guests on the property. A beautiful and semi-private beach is just steps away! There is a nice swimming pool on the property as well. We would love to come back one day! There are several restaurants nearby, but having a car is recommended (especially, if you need to get some groceries). We were met at the property by a very attentive host who took a great care of us! The only suggestion is to replace a microwave oven, but other we were highly satisfied with everything. Thank you!

Great location

Everything in the description is accurate - if you can live without luxury but want privacy and a path from the property right to the beach, this is the place to stay. The owner was extremely pleasant and the property manager was a delight. There were a few bumps (stove didn't work, no hot water on our last day), but they immediately made an effort to get us replacement appliances and were very attentive. And if you're a kite boarder, it's a dream come true.

The property itself is part of a larger property. The grounds keeper lives there and is easily accessible and friendly. The kitchen and living room area have a lovely view with a good cross breeze. The only shower is an outdoor shower but fully enclosed (it was great!). The location is ideal for kitesurfing. There is a pull out couch in the living room as well but overall a great spot with amble amount of space!
