Welcome to my bright & comfortable apartment w/ concrete floors, high floor-to-ceiling glass doors, offering mountain views. This premium unit is fully furnished with a portable AC, queen bed, 2 x smart TVs, great soundbar, dishwasher, washer & dryer, gas stove top & all the appliances to cook a nice meal. The bathroom is extra cozy w/ heated floors.

Stay cool & comfortable this summer in this premium unit with a portable AC unit! You will be steps away from all the great restaurants, cute cafes, and wonderful museums this neighbourhood offers (happy to provide a list of recommendations!). This location is also perfect if you're attending any events at BC Place and Rogers Arena. This apartment is designed for modern comfort and offers everything you will need for a memorable stay.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The place doesn't face the main street, so it is more quiet than other units in the building. Also, it doesn't receive the hot afternoon sun during the day. The mornings are particularly great - sipping on coffee and looking at the mountains is a great way to start the day. Lastly, you have access to the rooftop with BBQ, tables and chairs - a nice space to soak in the city and mountain views!

Nice little apartment, great host!

Small, clean, well equipped apartment in Chinatown. Very proactive, helpful host who made sure our stay was enjoyable. Many very good, close, walkable restaurants including one next door with the best Raman I have ever had and nearby great oyster bar. Next door park garage was a wonderful addition.

Clean and well furnished apartment

The apartment was clean and well furnished. There are many good restaurants near by. Everything worked well for us. This particular street was good and felt safe, but it was sad to see the condition on East Hasting.

Wonderful place!

We loved this little apartment. It was super convenient to walk just about anywhere in downtown Vancouver within 15-20 mins. Buses are nearby and super easy to use - just a CC when you get on. Good restaurants in the area too. Bike rentals across the street make the city super accessible. Checking in was amazingly easy. Patrick was always available to connect, and had good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Good alternative to very expensive Vancouver hotels

Patrick was an exceptional host and did everything to make our experience in Vancouver go smoothly. Apartment was perfect for our needs. Location is in Chinatown but far enough from the areas you want to stay away from. We had no troubles walking to all the key areas. thank you

Lovely!

We absolutely loved our time in Vancouver and part of the reason was this rental. Knowing that we had somewhere homey to return to after a full day of site-seeing was comforting. The apartment is very charming and very well-appointed - just as it appears in the pictures. It is the perfect place for a couple to stay, plenty of room to spread out, spacious and open. Very nicely decorated, comfortable sofa and bed, and a well-stocked kitchen. We also have high praise for Patrick, our host, who was communicative and helpful the whole time – from booking to check out.

Perfect Spot for our Vancouver Needs

My daughter and I were in town to watch the International Women's Rugby at BC Place, so we were looking for a place close to the stadium, and within walking distance of the water, shopping,etc., without overpaying - and this place delivered! While the area was not the "nicest" (it's a major city, after all), the building was very secure, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The area had great restaurants, and, as mentioned, was a short walk from Gastown and the sea wall - fantastic! Patrick is an excellent host, checking in regularly and providing stellar recommendations for our stay. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I loved this great apartment in Chinatown. Stand outs for us was the amazing communication with Patrick, the tasty options downstairs on our block and the great care Patrick took in curating his place. The apartment had everything we needed and more and was easily walkable to train/bus stations, although we Uber’d or walked. We were able to cook a few meals with ease as there were plenty of spices, coffee, tea pot, etc. The amenities were also well stocked. We felt comfortable inside and for an apartment in the city, it was safe and quiet. Patrick was, by far, one of the best hosts we’ve experienced. He was prompt, gracious and extremely helpful. Patrick also gave us some great recommendations - one that ended up being a highlight of our trip. The only thing I would mention is there is an area beyond the apartment that isn’t really that great, but we were able to navigate around it and didn’t feel like it took away from our time in Vancouver at all. We would 10/10 stay here again.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is so, so good. The building is the same - Comfortable and clean and quiet, which is why I give it 5*. The street it’s on is also wonderful - a bookshop, good restaurants and Chinese loose tea, and a great coffee and organic supermarket. People are very friendly. One street away is a very sad sight to see of people who are homeless and on drugs. It breaks your heart. They will not harm you but it’s so sad to see the quite significant number of people who clearly need help.

Patrick was amazing. Not only has he provided a beautiful area for rest and relaxation, but he was extremely thoughtful to ensure my trip was as stress free and unique to me. An excellent virtual tour guide, he provided great direction and suggestion. His space is immaculately clean, organized, bright and modern, and ever so welcoming. With beautiful finishings, a fabulous taste in visually appealing decor, and the fresh and thriving green plants, it was near impossible to not just want to curl up on the couch, listen to music, and read a book. The massive patio wall/windows provided an indoor/outdoor feel to facilitate calming memories of listening to all the bustle on the streets below, while being able to completely surrender yourself to overwhelming euphoric calm. The rooftop provides amazing sun refreshment, while the building itself is clean, simple, and easily navigated. The neighbors are all well behaved. An excellent location for people watching and exploring, do not let the vagrants of Chinatown worry you. They bring flavor to the area and you still feel safe with the bumping main street the home is located on. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe, secure, and at home. While I spent most of my time in the Davies/beaches area of Vancouver, the location allowed for easy transit access. I cannot be more grateful for this piece of my vacation puzzle and honestly believe it is a huge part of what made my stay such a success and will be returning! Love & Light.

Why they chose this property

Modern apartment in the heart of Chinatown. Chinatown has a rich history and it is probably the oldest part of downtown eastside. A lot of historic buildings, boutique stores, coffee shops and great selection of restaurants. Visually may not be pleasing in some parts (especially East Hastings & Main) but overall, it is still safe to walk around in. It is also within walking distance to the seawall around False Creek - it's really beautiful and the perfect way to begin or end your day. There's so much to see and experience!
