This was a lovely stay. The listing is accurate. Simon was easy to communicate with and even went out of his way to help when I left an article of clothing behind. The place was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable.

The location was good with lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The house was clean and had the basics of what we needed. We appreciated the off street parking as the house is on sort of a busy street and the host was very responsive when I sent a question.

Great Place in Excellent Kitsilano Location

My spouse and I stayed 2 weeks at the property and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and comfortable. The location is in easy walking distance to dining, groceries and mass transit. The private parking is definitely a plus.

The apartment was really central for cafes, bars restaurants and catching buses for Stanley Park, Aquarium etc. into town fantastic area. The apartment was lovely, had everything that we needed, clean and tidy. Simon the owner was extremely receptive for any questions I had, or details he needed to forward. There was only one point that sadly I feel needs pointed out, and that would be the stairs to the laundry are lethal with no handrail. Apart from that Simon thank you. I would thoroughly recommend this property!

Parking was done but was told there was parking in gated area .. spent several minutes looking for access and then was told it was not available… there were no instructions on how to work the TV and the remote did not seem to work at all. More towels and larger towels would be suggested. Also, most places have a book of instructions on thermostat, TV , local interest etc.
