Plush sofas and chairs, a wood-stove, and a large flat-screen in the sunny living room invite your guests to gather, though the kids will likely migrate to their own upper-level bonus room loft, with its bumper pool table, game table, and two arcade machines. A gourmet kitchen with a double oven, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and ample breakfast bar is bright and open, thanks to a skylight and large windows. A barbecue and full outdoor dining table on the large private deck expand your dining options, and the fire pit on the front patio invites you to enjoy dessert and drinks under the night sky. Two desks comfortable working desks (one that raises into a standing desk) in case anyone needs to sneak away from the fun to get some work done or join a videoconference. Family Reunion

My family and I traveled to Neskowin from the east coast to attend a large family reunion. This house was able to fit 3 families comfortably with beds for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and hidden bonus room. The hot tub and outdoor seating were great. The beds were a bit too soft for some of our old backs but the location, ample parking, and everything else in the house was great for us.

Great time on the Oregon coast

This was a great place for our whole family (grandparents, parents and 5 grandchildren, ages 4-9). It is large enough to get some quiet time away from the crowd, but plenty of large space for everyone to be together if they want. The kitchen was very well equipped. The walk to the beach was very pleasant and not strenuous. this was the first beach experience for most of the children and they had a great time.

Plenty of Space, Also Cozy

Ten women together in one house? Yes! We had a lovely girlfriends retreat for three nights of fun, beach, sun, and hot tubbing. Close enough to Lincoln City for an afternoon of shopping. best house ever!

We've stayed at many houses on the Oregon coast, and this was by far the best: fully appointed kitchen to cook and serve our group of 10, the entire house and all finishings were spotless and in great condition, our kids loved the upstairs playroom (and yes, the adults enjoyed the arcade game too), and just a couple of blocks from the beach. Could not have been better!

Girls Retreat

The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked. Plenty of space for 14 friends to reconnect. The internet strength was very good enabling us to watch a conference online without any problems. The location though close to the highway still felt woodsy and the short walk to the private beach was a wonderful way to enjoy the late afternoon and a stunning sunset.

Family get together

We gathered our family together, the first time my four daughters had been together since 2018. Arriving from London, Seattle and Salem the place was perfect for us. We were able to crab in the Nestucca, eat at the River House and enjoy all of the amenities the house had to offer. The house was well equipped for all of us....loved the short walk to Neskowin and beach....having lived on the Oregon Coast for many years...we felt like we were home.

Wonderful time with family

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Beautiful beach with caves to explore. NOT crowded at all. We appreciated all the fun games for the adults, toys for the kid and the hot tub. Easy to get to. Gate code is a little tricky but after 5 attempts we got in. Only problem we had. Over all a wonderful time with family.

Overall Great House and Location

This house was beautiful and in a great location. Overall the house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The master bath ended up flooding, and that made some of our trip difficult. It made the bedroom smell pretty bad, and having repair people in and out was not great. Aside from that incident we enjoyed our stay.

A thoughtful home

This home is so thoughtful! From the hot tub access area to the books everywhere to the kitchen (extra fridge, spices and cooking supplies, appliances,etc) to the layout of the home. There is plenty of space for multiple guests/couples/families. And the ghost forest and beach is one of the most unique on the coast. Beautiful! Spacious,well appointed house with short walk to beautiful beaches!

This was a family gathering of 9. 7 adults and 2 children. The house is as described. For us, one of the bedrooms being accessed only through another was a little awkward but it worked out okay. There are plenty of beds for a large group and they were alll very comfortable. The house has lots of fun games , the hot tub is great and with the beautiful Neskowin beach just a few blocks away, we all stayed busy and happy throughout our stay. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked and we loved the large dining room table that comfortably seated us alll. The home is also beautifully decorated. We had a great time and wiould love to come back!.
