This house is on the best beach in Malibu. Livingston Beach is amazing. The house was very clean and had such a relaxing decor. Amber was very communicative and took care of everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks Amber!

Best beach house on Livingston beach!

Amazing property and location. Beautiful and private beach. Outdoor deck is amazing, with fireplace, grill, and binoculars provided for viewing wildlife. Host was very accommodating and helpful with booking and making sure our stay was 10/10. She even had the deck glass cleaned for us which turned this place from great to amazing. We will be sure to book with Amber again in the future!

Spectacular location, very comfortable accommodations

This is the closest we’ve ever stayed to the ocean - the water came to the bottom of the stairs in high tide - and it was amazing! We had concern that there will be noise from PCH but couldn’t hear a thing - the house sits below street level and all you can hear are waves. The sunsets were spectacular and so was moonlight. Huge deck was the best spot for breakfasts and dinners and for sunbathing and watching surfers inbetween. The beach is essentially private and better than some of the public beaches nearby. House was very clean and had everything we could need, everything in working order (multiple contraptions to make coffee, plenty of towels and bedding, outdoor showers to wash off sand and mich more). Thank you, Amber!

Amazing beach home !

There are not enough words to describe how incredibly happy we were with our stay. We stayed the month of July and from the moment we arrived the check in was incredibly easy, the property was easy to access , clean and one of the best decks in Malibu. The property managers are always available if you need anything but I will say we never really needed anything because it was all taken care of . You will not be disappointed , we will definitely be returning to stay!

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our time at this ideal beachfront property in Malibu! Located directly on the beach, you wake up and go to sleep with the most amazing views. The house is decorated in a beach, chic vibe and I cannot get over the amazing succulents and outdoor furniture that really allow you to soak in the surroundings. We kayaked in the ocean, went on hikes nearby, used their outdoor grill and relaxed on the massive deck and the beach for hours on end. We definitely want to come back to this peaceful retreat! Highly recommend!

Right on the sand!

Our family had a great week at this beach house! Three kids and a dog had a blast going back and forth between the water, sand and big deck. Property owner/manager was responsive as well.

The beach house was the perfect staycation for us this summer

We went paddle boarding in the early mornings and saw a lot of seal and dolphin, surfed country line in the afternoon and chilled out on the deck in the sunshine in the afternoons. It was lovely.

Fantastic location!

This was a very peaceful and relaxing place to get away for a few days. The house has a very practical setup with an amazing deck right on top of the ocean waves. Easy access to the beach via side stairs. At night the tide is quite variable and sometimes the water can run all the way up to the stairs. In the mornings the beach area is usually pretty clear of waves and there is plenty of sand area to walk up and down the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning walks with my dog with hardly any other folks around. If you are looking to relax or fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves this is the place to be. We had a wonderful stay. Bedrooms were good size and all the beds were comfy.

Magical place

An amazing beach house where you can live and sleep just above the waves. Very comfortable floor plan with a stylish interior. Also the beach is very private with no public access (I think) which is nice since you basically feel like you are on your own beach with just a few locals passing by every now and then.

Easy breezy

From the second we arrived we fell in love. The view is sublime. The house is so clean and comfy. Amber and her family were so relaxed and accommodating, even helping my husband With paddle boarding and surfing. We will definitely be back ❤️

A Magical Experience ❤️

This was my 2nd time staying at The Beach House. This trip was by myself. This property is so beautiful and relaxing-words can’t describe it and you have to experience it for yourself. The Beach is secluded, private and quiet. Amber is always available through VRBO and text. She makes sure you have everything you need. The house is always fully stocked with everything you need-just bring food and yourself. And Eve-this incredible massage therapist who gave me the most amazing Thai massage will come to the house-just get her info from Amber. I will be back in the Spring-I’m making the Beach House my yearly 2x trip to the California Coast.

Girlfriends Weekend!

The minute we all walked in we were amazed by the view. Super clean accommodation. The bedrooms were decent sizes, and the decor was well styled. Everything functioned as it should. Almost all kitchen necessities were there. We wish there were kitchen towels and pot holders(if there were we failed to discover them). The weather was amazing, so the interior of the house was warm which made for a perfect time spent on the deck. coming up to the house can be a little hairy if you aren’t familiar with PCH. The house sits a car and a half length from the highway. There is a good enough shoulder to walk along the highway, and make sure to use a flashlight when walking at night. Their is a limited lighting where the rental houses sit. Overall we had full use of reg place, and definitely enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was so simple and the thoughtful touches of an outdoor shower and foot wash with nearby towels was welcomed. The place is great for small families and small group gatherings. We consider this place as one of our top five places to have our “party of eight” girlfriends weekend.

Unforgettable!!!

My family, friends and I had an great time at this beach house! It was beyond our expectations. The house was perfectly appointed and just so welcoming. Being on a private beach watching dolphins and other marine life make appearances all day? Watching the sunset and moonrise from the master bedroom? Yes please! Amber was so flexible and easy to work with. Over all an A+ experience. The house was a little farther than I imagined but so worth it once you got there. My one note is that it would help to have some command hooks in the bathroom so that you have a place to hang a bathrobe or gown :) Otherwise, amazing. I'd do it again!

Absolutely AMAZING!

Thank you Amber! Your responsiveness was over the top! This house was absolutely amazing and way more then we ever could have imagined. The views, cleanliness, the ocean views and sounds of the waves crashing, watching the surfers and dolphins every day were absolutely amazing! Even spent some time chatting with the neighbors! GREAT EXPERIENCE

We had the privilege of staying at the Beachhouse over the July 4th holiday week. It was amazing. We literally never left the house. The kids played on the private beach all day. The house was fully stocked with all the toys they could ask for. Going to sleep listening to the waves crashing is something we are already missing. Amber was amazing. Attentive and responsive. A pleasure to deal with.... We will be back!

Home was immaculate. There was a baby seal that spends the night underneath an adjoining home. Pretty neat to see. The tide literally comes in under the home at night with waves crashing. We loved it.

Spectacular Beauty on a Private Magical Beach

Words will never be able to describe the most incredible 3 days I spent at the Malibu Beach Sand and Surf. Ok-I will try my best. First let me describe how my breath was taken away as I entered the front door of the home to the gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean. There are ceiling to floor windows and a patio overlooking the ocean with see through walls that allow you to feel as one with nature. The home is beautifully decorated and is fully furnished with everything you may need and could think of-just bring yourself and your swim suit. Sit on the patio with a glass of wine or on the couch in the living space reading a book. The home is peaceful and relaxing-I did not have a care in the world for 3 days and I was in the present moment the entire time. There are plenty of amazing restaurants in Malibu-but I decided to stop at Vintage Grocery, one of the nicest markets I have been to, and the Sunday Farmer's Market so to cook in the fully functional kitchen for all my meals and eat while watching the Ocean which looks never ending. The tide flows under the house at night making for the best night's sleep ever. Now I'll talk about all the Ocean Wildlife I witnessed everyday-Dolphins, Sea Lions, Pelicans and yes-even 2 small Gray Whales. I loved watching the Surfers everyday...I had no idea what a patient and meditative sport it is-they wait in silence for the big waves to come in. There are cayaks and paddle boards for use as well. There is an outside shower to clean off before entering the home. The Beach is super clean and private. The water was amazing-I was in it several times a day. This trip was spectacular-all because of this precious home and it's splendid location. Amber was wonderful, answered all of my questions and was available by phone if I needed her. I have zero complaints and will be back again next year. Thank you Amber
