About this property

Luxury cottage in Coldwater

We welcome you to our year-round luxury waterfront cottage accommodating up to 15 guests, only 1.5 hours from Toronto. Our home features 4 bedrooms and a loft with queen sized beds, full kitchen, basement with arcade and two living rooms on the main floor equipped with televisions. Multiple couches pull out into additional beds.

Relax and unwind inside playing games, watching movies with your family on our free high-speed WiFi, or get more adventurous and kayak or boat down the Port Severn River. During the winter months we are in a perfect location for ice fishing, and are on the snowmobile and snow-shoe trails.
Guests are welcome to use the boat house as well as the main lodge. The boat house features a living room, basic kitchenette, upstairs bedrooms, bathroom as well as storage for kayaks and boats. Life jackets are provided.

We kindly request no parties or events.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
