Relax with the whole family in this pet friendly peaceful home. The property is tucked away on a quiet residential street across from parkland. The home has a swimming pool and outdoor setting as well as a large integrated open plan living/dining/kitchen area and two separate lounge rooms. It is only a short drive from Caloundra and its shops, restaurants and beaches and the property`s central location can be used as a base to explore the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

Please note - this property is Dog friendly - not suited to cats.

* Strictly no Smoking.
* This property is pet friendly. We just ask that you pick up and deposit in the bin any surprises that are left behind in the yard.
We trust owners to best understand their pets and ensure that no damage occurs to the property and its furnishings.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.

Nice weekend away

Was a really nice weekend away with friends and family, main annoyance was not being able to click links in the stays app to get to the agreements we had to sign but the accomodation was amazing!

All that you need

Large house, with enough space for children, adults and pets. Everything in general was very clean. The only thing is that the bins were full and we didn't have much space to accommodate our rubbish. However,we would like to back without thinking twice

Great house but shocking mattresses

The house is wonderful, well laid out and in a great location. The only problem we had was how hard and old all mattresses but one was. This meant we didn't sleep for the six nights we were there. They where hard and lumpy and needed changing. There was bottles and rubbish under the sofa and when we went to check in at 3.15 pm the cleaner was still there meaning after a long drive we had to wait until he had finished. Sort these few things out and the house is perfect for any family looking to holiday together.

Spacious home

This home couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. It's five bedrooms and three living areas plus an outdoor living area were ample room for 5 adults and 3 children. It is in a lovely quite estate with an open grass area across the road that had a short walking track. The home was handy to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital where we were visiting a sick relative. Supermarkets, takeaway, restaurants, beaches, parks and access to and from the motorway were within a few minutes drive. Everything we needed was available and then some. There were ample kitchen supplies and appliances (also a coffee machine) and even complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt & pepper. A nice inclusion was a roll of kitchen towels... always handy. Locally made shampoo, conditioner, body & hand soap and cleaning products were available, including washing powder and dish washing powder. Though we brought our own, we used these ones as they smelt divine. The home was spotlessly clean and supplied with fresh linen and manchester. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool looked really inviting. The kids loved it when the filter started up during the day as it bubbled and they insisted on dangling their feet in the pool even though the water was freezing. (August) The managing agent, Jonathan, was extremely helpful with our booking and offered his assistance with any questions. He was very compassionate with our situation. We were so pleased to have found this lovely home and would definitely stay again.
