Just what we needed

Location was great for a weeks stay prior to a wedding at Market Hall. Good directions, communication, and neighborhood.

Gem in Raleigh

Great property with a close proximity to walking downtown while being nearby to a park. Wish we had more time to explore! House was set up great and very clean upon arrival.

Loved it!

Very classy place, clean, comfortable and spacious! It was such a great location, walkable to downtown. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great experience

A very nice home and property. Very clean and well kept with everything working as it should. The owner was great at communicating and the check in process was simple. We were in town for a wedding and this place is VERY convenient with lots of local coffee and breakfast places withing a short walk. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend

This house was wonderful for a weekend stay. The property manager wasn’t very responsive out of business hours but we only had a minor question. The location downtown was ideal for sightseeing and great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful & comfortable home. Location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Raleigh, great restaurants and activities. Definitely a “must stay here again” home.

Great extend weekend

My friends and I met here for an extended weekend stay. The home is beautifuly laid out and a perfect location for dining and shopping. We had a wonderful weekend! The host is quickly responsive to any questions.

Perfect Raleigh, NC Stay...

This property could not be any better situated (with regards to Downtown Raleigh) and the rate is much more reasonable than any other I was able to find. The layout of the house was excellent, warm, and cozy. The owner/property manager was extremely prompt and pleasant in their communication. I will most DEFINITELY stay at this property whenever I visit Raleigh again.

Great location for downtown Raleigh

The location couldn't have been better as an alternative to a hotel. It was an easy 10 minute walk to everything, or grab a scooter and make it 3 minutes. The property was clean and straightforward. The check in process was easy.

Nice Neighborhood

Quaint, old house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and conveniently located near stores and sights. Nice touch to walk into soft music streaming from the tv. Definitely needs a staple kitchen utensil - traveling with teens warrants a pizza cutter! LOL!! We dealt with it. I'd stay here again.

Family graduation

We made a brief trip to Raleigh for a graduation. The house was perfect. Enough space for me and my family. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Property is centrally located, easy on and off highway. The property manager was available for any questions and very helpful. I would definately stay at this location again.

Great house near downtown Raleigh

The house was the perfect spot for my spouse and I along with another couple to stay for the IBMA convention and street festival in Raleigh. The house is just steps away from Shaw University and only a couple of blocks from the Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheatre and Fayetteville street where all of the action was. The owner was very responsive and super easy to work with. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable and the linens and towels were great. There was an issue with the electronic lock (dead batteries), and the owner even offered to have some delivered overnight, but there's a spare key that was readily accessible for us to use so we said it was OK and I'm sure those will be replaced for the next guest. There also was NOT a Keurig coffee brewer, but the owner was not aware of that and said they would fix that. The drip coffee maker that was in the kitchen worked very well and suited our needs just fine. All in all a great place that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Super cute place!

Property is clean and well-decorated. It was really quiet, given the urban location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and a market within walking distance. Highly recommend!
