BIRDSONG: Cute Cabin in nature in Byron Bay Hinterland. 12mins to beach!
Experience tranquility and relaxation at Birdsong, our quaint 'Swiss style' cabin, nestled in the heart of the Byron Bay Hinterland only 12 minutes to the white sands of South Goldeb Beach.
This guest cabin provides a quiet retreat away from busy Byron Bay or the glittery Gold Coast. It's perfect for people who enjoy simple pleasures and going to sleep to the sounds of nature!
You can swim in the fresh seasonal dam (which is lush when it's full after rain) or paddle in the creek during the summer months, laze away in the hammock or enjoy a fire in the pit under the stars or be at the beach in 12 minutes.
The open plan cabin has a small dining bar with 2 stools and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal or enjoy a coffee.
The bedroom nook has a comfortable double bed, and a dedicated work space for the working or being creative.
There's a rustic yet comfortable bathroom shack next to the cabin, complete with a large hot water shower, vanity and compost toilet.
Your stay comes with towels & earth friendly soaps.
Please note: this property is on septic so we are 100% eco friendly. We provide natural soap & biodegradable dishwashing liquid. If it isn't earth friendly, it can't go down the drain. Thanks for caring for our planet , like we are trying too :)
FYI: We live in the house near the cabin and always respect guests privacy. There is self check in, yet we are happy to meet and greet you if we are around and give you any local information if you need it. We are quiet but you may hear us and we may hear you at times, yet we assure you they'll be less people here than in any hotel, motel, resort, caravan park or apartment block. We don't offer full seclusion, but this is a very peaceful place.

Things to do: bush or beach walk, cycle, swim, surf, play tennis, golf, paddle board, go ballooning or skydiving, bushwalk, kayak, go whale watching, go scooting or skating, visit a festival, the markets, the local pubs or funky scene in Byron.
There's a bit of everything wonderful here.

What makes Birdsong unique is that it's a low priced, attractive cottage on a peaceful organic property, with a red Swiss style cabin roof surrounded by nature. There's birdsong, creeksong and a night sky full of stars. It has everything you need for a comfy stay - A Nespresso coffee machine, fully equipped kitchenette and fast Starlink internet. And it's only 12 minutes from the beach.
