Perfect family stay

We were extremely happy with our stay at Soo Villa. Alicia answered all our questions before the trip and check in was super easy. The house was very clean and really well stocked with kitchen, bath and entertainment items. The bedrooms were all clean & comfy. Our kids loved the backyard and we loved being walking distance to the Trading Post plaza which has ice cream, souvenirs and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Best rental in Sault Ste Marie

The property was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but still close to restaurants. Lovely back yard with bbq and deck. The listing didn't do it justice. It had far more than we expected!

Donna was a lovely guest. Very honest and conscientious. There was a minor accident with one of our small appliances. She contacted us right away and was willing to replace it. We would love to host Donna for future stays.

Stay at Soo Villa

Our little family had a lovely stay at Soo Villa. I am from Sault Ste. Marie and appreciated the beautiful neighborhood where it's located. Any requests I had with regards to items in the house, Alicia provided it to us within a few hours of my request. Alicia got back to us very fast whenever I needed to communicate with her. I gave an overall rating of 4, as the information of guidelines/expectations, placed on the kitchen counter, stated that they had cameras in the "common areas" of the home. We were somewhat concerned about this, as this wasn't articulated in the ad. We did not discuss this with them as we noticed that there were areas in the home where it looked like cameras had been removed. We've given the benefit of doubt. There are cameras outside, likely for the purpose of property security. Otherwise the stay was beautiful! Perfect for a family of four or more!

Thanks for the review! Yes, our rules were created when we started a few months ago and we were renting out each room separately. In that case we had cameras in the common areas for guest safety. Now that we are renting the whole house we removed the indoor cameras.

Everything was as it should be- sort of.. This place sleeps up to 8 but only 2 can sit to together for meals....The NEST thermostat was problematic, never allowing cool nights for sleep. The location is ideal for accessing HWY17 north out of town and close to retail chains and restaurants.
