3 bedroom modern stylish and open concept kitchen and living space. This listing captures only the entire upstairs of the home. With many recent updates, including the kitchen, shower spa system, ceiling fans, and 3 prong outlets. The space also includes fresh towels and linens, comfy couches, a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, a kitchen table that seats 6.

Easy access and directions off HWY.
Walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop, parks, restaurants, and convenience store.

Other things to note:
-Own private entrance, with free parking in the driveway.
-Backyard/Driveway is shared space (with a lower unit that runs as a short term rental as well). Potential for noise.
-No access to the laundry room.
-Outdoor security cameras system only at front and back of the home. no recording/audio or recording devices are located inside the home.
-Home is equipped with Minut ( a noise decibel monitoring device).

Second time renting this beautiful home. Highly recommend to anyone. It is clean, convenient private and nicely decorated. I will definitely use it again. Five stars all round.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very central to all of the shops and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are a few maintenance things that need to be tended to (front steps are broken up [but it was noted they had scheduled to get it fixed in a few weeks] and the kitchen sink water doesn't get hot). We really appreciated how clean the house was and how that all of the kitchen-ware/pans were in great condition. Only thing to note is that if there are people in the downstairs unit, you can fully hear everything clear as day. There was only people there for a short period of time, but it sounded as if they were in the house with us.Sil & Gil! Thank you so much (I loved the welcome binder - it was very thought out, clear and organized).

Visiting family that lives in the Soo

Clean, tidy, well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with owners (friendly and prompt). Close to everything we needed! Highly recommend!! Will return!!!

Nice home- central location- Beware of basement tenant

Great home and great central location. Owner did an excellent job communicating with me. One bathroom for 6 people was a little challenging. Nice decor. There is a basement tenant which we were not aware of prior to renting.

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sil’s place. It had everything we needed and it was spotless. The beds were super comfortable as well. We walked through the neighbourhood a lot and it was very safe and friendly. Check in was easy and flexible for an early arrival which we appreciated. Thank you again!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, little bit busy as it must also be a second home, laundry wasn’t available which was disappointing as we were there for 10 days and the ability to wash towels or clothes would have been great

Perfect for families

Spacious, clean and perfect for families (specially with teens) and friends. We are a family of 4 and everyone had their own bedroom. The common areas are open and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked 2 out of our 4 night stay.

Nice home away from home :) The location was great, close to many things. Owners are quick to reply to any questions. Beds were super comfortable.
