This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Crystal Shores West offers everything you want in a beach-side vacation resort. This 108 unit building crowns a prime location on the beautiful West Beach of Gulf Shores. There is a zero entry outdoor pool, an indoor pool, fitness center and a game room in the lobby available for guest use as well as Wi-Fi, and BBQ grills on site. Shopping and dining in some of the Gulf Shores most popular places is all within walking distance. The location cannot be beat.

Crystals Shores West 1207 is a non-smoking vacation rental. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. No pets are permitted.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Comfortable for a week

There were lots of extras in the kitchen such as crockpots, dishes, glasses, etc.... if you are traveling with small children there was not plastic cups or dishes. The furniture was comfortable and the second bedroom was great for a family. We had problems with the ice maker and the master bath draining. As soon as I called the issues was addressed and someone was there within a 1/2 hour. The master bath could have been cleaner. The grout needs some deep cleaning. The furniture o the balcony also had some mold stains that looked to be old. The cushions just need to be replaced. If you tend to be cold bring extra blankets!!! Overall it was a good stay.

Great views

Place was as described. Great views and minimal decor which is nice and relaxing. Cons: Master bathtub took a long time to drain. Dryer took forever to dry. Husband cleaned outside vent to get more flow but the whole thing needs some intense work/cleaning. We didn't contact the company during our vacation for just that....on vacation and don't want to wait for someone to get there and then wait for them to fix. Not saying they aren't fast or efficient. Also the outside cushions had mold on them; they were just flipped over. Also some mold on the master bath ceiling. Not sure if this is just because of the location. Pros: Great location. Seriously close enough to walk everywhere. Beach or roadside. Pier 33 was easy to get to and had everything you didn't grab but now need. Amazing views. Cant beat that. 15 floors up after the parking garages. Parking was great. No issues with finding a spot. Plenty of beach space; not overly crowded. Family of 6; plenty of room to spread out and relax individually. Kitchen was fully stocked; lots of options for whatever you'd want to cook. Yes some cons/quirks but the pros outweigh them. If we ever come back this way we'd stay here again.
