There were 6 adults in our party, and we had plenty of room to be together or just retreat to our rooms. Beds were very comfortable and clean and the kitchen well equipped. Everything was exactly as described but there were a few hiccups. There were ants in the queen bed and bathroom, and the water took forever to turn hot in the kitchen and bathrooms. To be fair we did not contact the owner as it wasn't such a concern at the time. Other than that, I look forward to booking this unit next year.

Property was clean, spacious and quiet.The kitchen was not well stocked but we managed.The elevator inspection has expired.I will NEVER stay there again. The parking lot had so many empty spots but they stated no matter how many open they had, we could only park 2 cars. We had to pay 25 per car per night and 60 per night 1 1/2 miles down the road. That is outrageous. The condos next door had at least 3 spots for each. 2 cars for a condo that holds 8-10 people is ridiculous.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect View!

Condo was perfect for our family! The balcony was spacious with plenty of furniture. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful! The condo was well appointed and had plenty of room. Management was very professional and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Extremely pleased!

We were very impressed with the look, cleanliness and location of this condo. The property management was always very prompt to answer any questions I had, and were very helpful. We will definitely come back to Colonnade!

Family Vacation

The location was perfect for our family. Close to a ton of fun options but provided access to the beach that was not over crowded. They place was nice and clean. We had one issue but the property management company responded quickly and explained everything perfectly.

Great condo! very well furnished will plenty of room for the whole family. The unit was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed and everything was in working order. The location is not great for walking to local restaurants and bars, but the beach and pool were not crowded which was a plus.We had a great family vacation but feel like it was a little pricey for the location.

We had an excellent vacation in this property! (Five adults and 3 children) The condo was wonderful, comfortable and clean. The common areas could use a little sprucing. The two elevators were sketchy at best with one of them being out of order two different days and the other being very slow. Convenient location, nice pool area, great beach access. My only complaint is that for the price - and being a group of 8 for a week stay - I feel we should have received more than one roll of paper towels, one roll of tp per bathroom, and two dishwasher pods up arrival. I know it is clearly stated in the agreement and we knew before-hand, but it still seems chintzy to me.

great beach location

This place is an absolute gem! There was 8 of us celebrating our 60th birthdays and the place was perfect. It's located right on the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from a company right on the beach and they will set them up for you. You can purchase a group of days at a discount, and they will be set up from 9 - 5. The condo has everything except spices to cook. Would be nice if they had a least salt and pepper. There is also just one hair dryer in the condo. We would stay there again.
