Nestled along this absolutely gorgeous and historic beachfront is this inviting lower-level apartment with breathtaking sunset views from the private pergola overlooking the water.

Inside you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay with a fully equipped kitchen and gourmet coffee bar, a huge theatre screen with a popcorn machine, stylish dining, 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom and luxurious shower stocked with all the essentials.

Walk just steps to the beach or drive only mins to charming St. Andrews with its great food and historic streets.

Our apartment was cozy and clean. Little touches like flickering candle sconces, bathrobes, chocolates made it extra welcoming and comfortable. Having a fenced in yard was perfect for my dogs, and all 3 of us enjoyed the beach access! Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful Location and Excellent hosts. One small hiccup with the TV but instantly fixed. One of the best places we have stayed. They have everything including fresh fruit. Well done.

Impeccably clean, fully equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated and quiet property located in a beautiful setting overlooking the water. The property provides many interesting and thoughtful conveniences making a stay remarkably comfortable and “homey”. Everything is well thought out and presented in a warm and welcoming way by the host, demonstrating pride of ownership in the property. Communications with the host were prompt, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this property to others.

Great location!

Great space with two good bedrooms, impressive shower and super common area, allowing for good hang out space.Would strongly recommend to others. Projector screen and coffee bar were nice pieces.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay. One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. The lodging was immaculate, and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay special for us and our dogs. Will definitely stay there again!

On our first day, we noticed a strong odor coming from the laundry room. However, the following days were pleasant, and we awarded them a rating of 4.5 out of 5. The movie theatre was awesome.

Great location and facilities for what we were doing in St. Andrew. Enjoyed being by the water. Dips in the water were "refreshing" (as the river is by the bay and the water is cold).

New Brunswick at its best

Right on the tidal shore of the St. Croix River, 4 miles to the vibrant St.Andrews town centre. Owners young, active, tidy, friendly. The guest apartment is super well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Visit to New Brunswick and Sunset Tides

What an amazing property and view. We sat for hours just looking at the water and the tides. We had a wonderful time. Great host who made us feel very welcome and pampered.
