Let the sound of the waves lullaby you to sleep in this beach front cabin. Great place to have a get away with friends or family and spend some time on the shores of Moose lake in Bonnyville, Alberta. Have a drink cuddle up to your loved one and listen to some music while watching the beautiful sunsets on your own porch. Close to amenities such as hiking/off road trails, boat launch, golf course and the town of Bonnyville is just a short 6 minute drive away. The cabin sleeps 4 people comfortably on 2 queen beds. With space in the yard for parking or an RV. It has running water with private sewer and contains all the household necessities required for a stay on the beach including dishes, linens, bbq, fire pit, etc. Turn up the Campfire and Book today the lake is calling you!

Such clear directions and easy check-in provided by the host who was wonderful in communicating information through messages and posted information inside the cabin. Close to town for any errands and activities. Clean space with lovely grounds and an incredible view of the lake, especially at sunset. We would absolutely book here again.

We stayed 3 nights end of August and it was the perfect end to the summer. The cabin was warm in the late afternoon but lots of fans and the outside was cool enough we didn’t suffer. Space was perfect and everything we needed. The little kayak and canoe were favourites with the kids. Sunsets to die for. Will hopefully see you again

Great cottage right on Moose Lake. Beautiful view being right on the water. Only 45 minute drive to go swimming at Cold Lake Provincial Park Beach or French Bay beach. The water at Cold Lake is so nice. We even had a beaver swim right by us at Cold Lake while we were swimming with our dog.Plenty of room in the cottage. Easy to keep it clean and tidy since it's well laid out.

Beautiful view. Great service. Ran out if propane, contacted the owner and a full bottle was delivered in short order. Rooms are nicely separated and home was well stocked. The fire pit on the beach was a nice touch.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. There is also a nice patio overlooking the beach, and the living room picture windows face the lake.Hosts reached out as soon as I reserved to provide information for check-in and to answer questions. They were very pleasant to deal with.The property is clean and comfortable. There are even some additional kitchen items like spices and coffee in case you forget to bring your own.The only two minor things: two bedrooms have queen sized beds, but the other two are doubles, not all queen as described. And there is a page of information on the wall that says the water from the tap is non-potable and should be boiled prior to consumption. Had we known that in advance, we would have brought more bottled water. Otherwise, thanks for a beautiful stay! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Quiet and peaceful retreat!

From the first to the last night we really enjoyed our stay. Fishing on Moose Lake is next level was able to catch the 3 daily limit within an hour of getting out on the lake. There is also a convenient boat rental a few minutes up the way and we were able to anchor and tie up on the beach in front of our cabin! It’s very quiet and peaceful with Amazing sunsets and stargazing opportunities every single night! I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a nice relaxing retreat!

Great time at the lake!

The property is definitely dated as it shows in the photos but the views and location are stunning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a routine escape or a family with kids who want to enjoy the water and relax! Chris was an amazing host who was ready to assist in anything we needed during our stay. We will definitely return!

Great Quick Little Get away

Great little get away for 4 nights! Besides a couple initial issues that we incurred, the stay was fantastic! Eric was there for our needs in short order; and the view from the property was absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered some poor weather most of the trip, but the cabin itself made us feel cozy and comfortable. Only suggestion I would make is that the entire property is surrounded by sand. So with our pet being there we were constantly having to clean up the floors, furniture, etc. But other than that, we would definitely go back more likely in the summer time instead of spring.

Very nice stay!

Cozy, authentic cottage on Moose Lake. Spacious and well equipped. We were very comfortable over Thanksgiving weekend. Looking forward to coming back!

Weekend Fishing Trip with My Sons

The property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean. The beach right outside the door was incredible. We also had great fishing. Highly recommend a weekend stay here.

It was good for what we were looking for. Kitchen, dining and living room were really good. Bedrooms were very small. Right on the beach, great location. Only real negatives were the bbq was very old and fell apart when we were using it. Otherwiae the place was good

Comfortable Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Moose Lake. The cabin is just a few feet off the lake, the deck was a wonderful place to watch birds on the water during the day, and stare at night. Lots of firewood was provided for the two fire pits, and the gas stove in the kitchen kept the main living area toasty warm when the mornings were chilly. The area is super quiet
a wonderful place to get away from the city. Lots of cooking equipment and dish ware. Oven mitts could use replacing. Be aware the water is well water, and not recommended for drinking, although fine for cooking and washing. Wifi worked perfectly, and there were several DVD’s as well as music cassettes. Bonnyville is only a few minutes away if you need anything. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our host was readily available, and check in was seamless. Wonderful experience!
