This comfy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home is ideally located in the wonderful neighborhood, Lava Falls at Entrada in Santa Clara City and consists of just 20 homes. Santa Clara offers the benefit of being close to everything, yet feels like you're in your own private paradise away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The benefit of staying in this neighborhood is that unlike most rentals in the Saint George area this home is not on the outskirts of town where you give up the convenience of close proximity to amenities such as grocery stores, entertainment & dining BUT it is also not "in town" or stuffed into a neighborhood of 100's of rentals in such a busy neighborhood that you might as well be on vacation in downtown Salt Lake.

Another benefit of this location is the close proximity to the new Black Desert Resort where you can enjoy golf, spa treatments and a variety of dining experiences. Being minutes away from Black Desert offers easy convenience to the amenities without being in the middle of the larger busy development. You also enjoy the space and privacy of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen, large great room, private backyard and 2 car garage/parking and the great location for a fraction of the nightly cost of the resort.

Kayenta, which features Coyote Gultch shopping, art gallery & coffee shop, is just 10 minutes away. Tuachan (St. George's outdoor theater), where you can enjoy wonderful entertainment in an unbelievable setting, is just a few minutes away. Harmons, which is arguably the best grocery store in St. George is also just a couple of minutes away. Outside your front door, there are great biking, walking, & hiking trails, or just enjoy the day lounging by the private neighborhood pool and hot tub.

This was our second time staying at this home. We find it a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay when visiting family in the St. George area. It’s just steps away from the Lava Flow trail where we can walk or bike through gorgeous red rocks scenery. We can also get in the car and be in Snow Canyon State Park in minutes. The kitchen is well-stocked and there is a spacious living room / dining area, allowing us to entertain family and friends. We often hang out at the delightful community pool and hot tub, which has both sunny and shaded areas.

What a beautiful house in the perfect location!! My husband and I came in for a concert with the venue being only 10 minutes from our location. We were pleasantly surprised that Snow Canyon State Park was right around the corner from the house for us to hike and experience. Saturday we drove to Zion National Park and hiked and enjoyed being outdoors. We had the best time visiting Utah for the first time and the home was so well appointed. It was so clean and had EVERYTHING you could need, plus the host was attentive and fabulous! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. 10/10

Lava Falls was the perfect home base for our vacation! The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from scenic biking and walking trails that we explored every day. We loved our stay! The accommodation was beautifully appointed, lovely decor, super comfortable beds/bedding/pillows and the living room area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and really good quality pans, knives, stove etc. Large fridge freezer. Nice round dining table. Everything looked brand new and newly decorated. It had several places outside to sit and enjoy the sun: table and chairs on back patio, lovely little sun trap with seating outside the front door, and an upper area in the xeriscaped backyard to relax in. The pool and hot tub were right out the back gate and shared only with a few other properties and was absolutely delightful. The owners had thought of everything down to pool floats and huge pool towels. Cannot think of anything they could’ve improved on. The only thing was it was alongside a road, which I thought might bother us but it really didn’t as it wasn’t a busy road. Communication was great with the owners. Would highly recommend.

This property had everything we needed to "live" there comfortably. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We are a family of three, Tisha, Michael and our grown son. Tisha is originally from Utah and Michael is from Ohio. We live and work up in Northern Utah where Tisha is an associate real estate broker with Summit Sotheby's in Park City and Michael is the owner of Handyman MD. We previously owned and then successfully sold a nightly rental/property management company. We are NOT a management company and have personal interest our guests' happiness and hope to make your stay a memorable and great experience. Why they chose this property

Since Tisha was a little girl her family used to visit St. George every year for Spring Break and fell in love with the area long ago. Michael's parents visited from Ohio and fell in love with everything Utah has to offer and ended up purchasing a winter home in St. George. Tisha and Michael had been looking for a vacation home for a while and finally found the perfect fit in this house. After looking for several years here are the things that were important in making our decision. We aren't ready to retire yet and wanted a place that we could rent out and share with family and friends. St. George is very strict about rentals and has designated most of the "nightly rental" communities on the outskirts of town where the conveniences are much further away. We really wanted a place that if you decided you wanted to grab dinner, go to the grocery store, go to a movie or shop it wasn't going to take 20 minutes to get there. On the opposite side of things we didn't want to purchase in a neighborhood that was so full of rentals and just packed people into houses that there wasn't any privacy and felt over crowded. We wanted somewhere with close proximity to outdoor climbing, biking, hiking, golf, shopping, dining and entertainment but still felt like a retreat. We also wanted a swimming pool and hot tub. So...we found our little oasis and hope that you feel the same during your stay.
