Hi Rebecca, Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the home, the beautiful garden, and everything it offered. But I’m really sorry the responsiveness from the property manager let things down. Delayed communication, especially around an arrival change and an issue like the power going out, isn’t the level of support we aim to provide, and I can understand how frustrating that would have felt during an otherwise lovely stay.
