Imagine waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into your getaway condo as you enjoy a spectacular endless ocean view from the comfort of your own bed. This lovely efficiency condo on the 5th floor is the perfect space for two.

This beach condo is completely remodeled with beautiful flooring throughout, a kitchen area complete with a granite counter, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, full-sized stove, and a fully stocked kitchen.

For sleep arrangements, there is a luxurious king-sized bed. The dining area seats 2 and situated next to the 40" flat screen TV for those who like to watch television while sipping their favorite cup of coffee.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and vanity with gorgeous granite counter tops and brilliant lighting to make getting ready a breeze. The vanity has ample counter space to place personal toiletries on. There is also a closet for extra storage!

This private balcony is perfect and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. As we mentioned before, the sunset is Devine! Be sure to take advantage and share that special moment with someone.

Great location!

We loved the proximity to the beach. Easily walkable. Great AC- a must! Only negative was the TV- after a day in the sun we wanted to relax and watch baseball and RNC- so much buffering. Even with that, we’d still go again.

Would definitely come back. great view, great environment. very friendly and helpful front desk. having a pool and beach right there was amazing. Only cons; you can hear people in the halls and the neighbors. housekeeping didn’t come, not sure if that’s is because we booked through VRBO. Kitchen silverware was not clean, not much cooking room. But overall perfect stay for a weekend trip of 2!!

Cozy Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed is comfy, the space is clean and has a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at the view. Shower and bathroom space was also nice- plenty of space for the two of us and the shower had good pressure. The towel situation is a little sparse, but we managed. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchenette seemed sufficiently stocked with silverware, pots, pans and plates. Overall it’s a cozy space for 2 for a long weekend away!

Fun Vacay!

Clean and great view of the beach! The pool and hot tub were great and there was even a live band playing at the pool on Saturday night. Our unit had a few outlets that weren’t working so that was inconvenient, but we made it work. The TV has Netflix and other apps! We saw a housekeeping cart but nobody came and cleaned our room so I’m not sure if you had to request housekeeping. Overall it was a perfect place to stay for a few days and we loved the location and being able to walk to the beach!

Everything was as expected and unit was perfect for our needs. Good view. Didn’t use pool but it looked really nice. Excellent beach access by boardwalk or drive. Only wish the unit would have had a broom/dust pan available. Lots of parking. Corridors could use a good power washing. I appreciated the bathroom night light All in all, this was a good unit for us.

Location location

The property is everything I was looking for—right on the beach and close to restaurants and downtown Port A. It was smaller than I expected, smaller than many hotel rooms. The kitchen area had a large oven and fridge, I would have preferred more counter/prep space. There was no dishwasher or washer dryer in the room—something would have expected in a typical condo. However, everything worked, and the property was clean and quiet. If I had more people or stayed a longer time it would have been a problem, but I was just there for a few days so I was happy.
