BSV937: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals, this brand new 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome is located in the sought-after Windsor Island Resort near Disney, dining, and shopping. It has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests total and features a private pool, Harry Potter and Disney-themed kids bedrooms, and stylish décor in adult bedrooms.

You'll find great amenities, a luxurious and quiet resort that is very close to stores and restaurants, and a short drive from the major attractions. The private pool area is relaxing and clean, not to mention how much the kids loved it. Everything is just as pictured, and more. The kitchen is huge, beautiful, and has everything you'll need. Blue Sky Villas customer service was excellent from booking to checkout.

Perfect stay!

House was clean and well kept with ample supplies. House is located close to pool house so we were able to walk! Everything you need is a very short drive up the street from the resort!! This is our favourite place to stay while visiting Florida!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the close access to the resort features. The home was very nice. The pool is smaller than the picture made it look. Really our only issue was there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and they were hot and stuffy. Everything else was great. Would stay again but we now know to bring fans.

Great Condo

The condo was amazing. Loved the community pool as well. The only reason it was not a 5 was the traffic getting into the community during check-in rush. The traffic backs up on the road for a mile and it is literally a stand still. They need a better way to do checkin at the gate. But that is really a community issue and not this unit! Great unit!!

Community pool is very nice for adults & kids both and very nice to have your own pool at the house. House had everything that you could need for cooking etc. and comfortable areas to hang out in the evenings. Blue Sky was helpful and accommodating to all needs and requests. 10/10 will stay again for our next trip and would recommend to anyone.

Awesome vacation!

We had a great time! Perfect location. The place itself was clean and spacious! We had a few issues with not having a pizza pan, pizza cutter, or a hot pad but management sent it to us the next day! The pool is perfect to swim as a family alone, but still have the option to use the public waterpark included. We definitely would stay again. So much for our family of 7 to go. Thanks for having us!

Stayed for a few days while visiting Universal. 25 minutes to Universal, 1 1/2 hr to Cocoa Beach. Nice house with tons of space.

Very pleased

We absolutely loved this place. It was so clean and convenient to everything. The club house was also amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a small problem when we first arrived and before I even hung the phone up they were at the door to fix it. Very pleased thank you for such an amazing stay

Nice time in Davenport

The resort trash vendor was not so timely in picking up trash. There were bags everywhere at various homes and were not addressed in the time we were there. Also resort employees harassed our family at the cabanas demanding I leave despite my having made payment for rental. Instead of going to figure out the situation, employee just demanded my family leave forcing me to go to the front counter and address the issue. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing there and everything is paper processed. Would probably not return due to this event that took place. The home was beautiful though. No complaints there.

Second time staying in this unit!

I love everything about this unit, and although I appreciate the security the rules of the development are exhausting! $50 if you lose a card to get into the complex pool! And this is of course after you have provided tons of info to just drive in??? Blue sky was also unwilling to work with me on extending both ends of our stay even though the unit was empty? That said, we will return next year.

Large townhome with loft, 5 bedrooms , 4 full bathrooms, fully equipped ( bbq available for additional fee) Quiet. Nice pool area for kids with lazy river, basketball, mini-golf. Proximity to groceries.

Should've Stayed Longer

We had a wonderful time at this home and honestly should have stayed longer instead of moving to resort hotels for the theme parks. Everything was very clean, comfortable and convenient. This Home really made me want to get a townhouse in this gated community. Thank you so much for having us. My children, husband and myself really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, organized, and awesome! We had a great stay. BSV was there to answer any questions I had. Windsor island was great as well. The pools were not too crowded and if they did get too busy there’s always a pool in your backyard. Would definitely stay again! Only downside was it is a little drive to Orlando with traffic. It would take us about 45 minutes to get to universal. I still believe it was worth the drive.
