The home has recently been renovated with a new bathroom, kitchen, open dining/ living room & laundry flowing into the private rear courtyard where you can enjoy the sunshine with a cheese platter and glass of local wine. The yard is quiet & private with sunlight all year round, an added bonus for the kids.
