55 inch smart TV with basic cable and unlimited free Wi-Fi

Free street parking - this is a neighborhood with long term residents - there are only two parking spaces in front of the house and there is also additional parking behind the house

Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood.
A few steps to get into the house - also there is no hand rail, so if you are unstable or need assistance climbing steps please be aware.
Once your inside everything is on one level.

Included with this home is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, plastic silverware, paper plates, cups, Coffee pods.

If you are staying more than a few days please expect that you may have to buy supplies for your stay.

I have a Pack and Play crib that can be available with advanced notice for an Additonal $10 per stay.

My family meet in Charleston every year for Multi Fest. We all really enjoyed this property. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, close to some shopping and just a few minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again if possible.

Tv was advertised as a smart tv it was not. Air conditioning did not cool back bedroom and just a suggestion investe in some black out curtains for master bedroom and back bedroom as they was extremely bright and mark house better as address was not easy to see and was given wrong wifi info.

Family traveled in for Graduation

Met our needs and was a solid budget stay. Deceivingly spacious, and a nice layout. Appliances all worked well, however the AC did not work great. There were 2 window units, but 1 of them powered on and ran the fan fine, but didn't seem to push cold air and would flicker the lights in the room as it tried to kick on. The other worked though, and we left that on to cool the house when needed. The heat did work on the central air unit. The property also showed signs of wear, but for the price wasn't bad. The kitchen and bathroom appliances all worked well.Great location with restaurants within walkable distance.The neighborhood was nice and quite, and the neighbors were kind. I would stay there again!

Football trip

Beautiful neighborhood the furniture has been upgraded it is not the same as the photos . (Very pretty)We loved sitting on the front and back porch . You can tell it’s an older home but we enjoyed every bit of it there is only one tv in the house ,in the living room so keep that in mind but the playground was a 5 minute walk away . Also wanted to give a special thanks to the host and cleaner my mom forgot her purse after check out and host told me to go back and get it the cleaner let me rite in and my moms purse was rite where she left it really really good people thanks again

Nice, but could use a few additional amenities

My family and I felt comfortable with the location and the neighborhood. We spoke to the one direct neighbor briefly during our stay, and she was super friendly. The check-in process was simple. The house was clean in general. However, if you are planning to cook while you are there, just note that you will need to bring all the supplies (outside of a few pots/pans, and utensils). For example, there isn't any non-stick spray (Pam spray, etc), or any salt/pepper there on site, or any sugar packets, for coffee or drinks. Another sidenote, the heat had been turned off prior to our arrival, and the house was 55 degrees when we checked in. It took the house almost four hours to come up to a comfortable temperature. So, if I were you and you are planning to stay here in the winter, I would request that the heat be turned on prior to your arrival. Once the house reached a comfortable level, the temperatures stayed steady through the entire weekend. On a different note, the bed mattresses were comfortable. Overall, our stay was good.

Stay in South Charleston

This house was nicely located in downtown South Charleston. Just exactly what I expected for the area it was in. Only problem was the air conditioning unit does not blow cool enough air and it was a very hot two days. other than that very nice very comfortable.

Renovated old home charm

Property was as listed. Easy process, nice parking for 2 vehicles. Much better than staying at a hotel. We play tournaments in Charleston a couple times a year and I'd definitely stay here again.

Good space for the price

We liked the 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen furniture could use some updating and there were no extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels so we had to buy some. There were no hand towels in the kitchen either. But, the neighborhood was safe and the home was secure. The ac wasnt functioning properly so the owner sent someone to look at it but it didnt seem to be pumping much cold air out. I would still come back to the property if i were in the area. It suited us well

Safe but very outdated

I loved having 2 bathrooms traveling with teens. I liked the privacy and ease of the stay. The furniture need updated and to have extra paper towels or toilet paper would have been a plus

Charleston Visit

We rented this home on a short notice and we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The home was very cute and homey, we immediately felt at home and comfortable. My mother who is in her mid 70's was with us and was able to manage getting around pretty easily. The home was clean, smelled fabulous and was so much better than staying in a local motel. We will certainly be staying there again and again. The neighborhood is a little older but that is part of it's charm. I give this home a 10 out of 10 rating.
