The house was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Communication with the owners was fantastic, they even allowed me to return to the property after we had checked out to collect items we had left behind.
Location was fantastic, walking distance to Tuncurry Woolworths, bowling club and beach. Would definitely stay again.
Fantastic location, Rock Pool beach(excellent), fishing, walk trail and swings less than 5 min walk. Very comfortable 2 bedroom home with great patio and fenced yard for children to play under shade of a huge tree. Home roomy enough for children to spread out for puzzles/lego etc and supermarket just down the road.
This property is absolutely spotless.It appears to have been very recently renovated.The kitchen has everything that you may need and is extremely well equipped and well appointed.All in all this is a very comfortable house and its location is very central to all of the local attractions.The hosts can be very proud of their rental offering.
Good location. Access not the best for young kids with stairs. If your going to use the bbq make sure to take plates fully off and wash as we got slugged $120 for doing a great clean and honestly mistakingly not wiping over underneath the grill plates after only 1 cook.
Communication with owners was great with easy checkin.
Pros: Very close to Tuncurry Rock pool.Only a short walk away. Location proximity to the beach was excellent. Clean home and nice outdoor deck and BBQ facility.
Cons:
Main door knob falty and locked us in. The owner reaponded quickly and had someone over to fix it in a timely manner otherwise we were trapped.
Microwave dated. Only can heat in 1 minute increments, not less.
Dining table was quite small.
No wifi. No bedsheets
A great place to stay if you want accommodation central to all the areas attractions. Just a short walk to the main street, a 100 m walk to the waterfront & a five-minute drive to Forster or the local boat ramp. The house was very clean with all the little things in place to make you stay comfortable. The house had plenty of room downstairs to secure our paddle boards and other equipment in the lockup garage. The owners also allowed an early check-in without us asking which was appreciated.
Tips: We travelled with a large boat that was too big for the garage, subsequently it was put in the back yard which has double gates to the rear street. The property rear access has a high gutter so take some recovery boards to help you get over the gutter. Also take a boat cover to protect your boat as plenty of birds live in the back yard trees.
The location was spot on for our stay, we will be back!
Perfect for what we wanted,as a fishing hoilday.Plenty of room in yard for our boats, cars and gear storage in garage. Near to everything in town and boat ramps. Felt safe, due to floods at the time. Nice to sit on balcony with a view. Most definitely come back again.
A great property for our family. Accessible and in a great vacinity for our sporting needs, fishing on the Rockwall and good coffee! Communication with Andrew and Michelle was great, they allowed us to have early check in due to our commitments. Easily able to store our boat with rear access if you need it. Will definitely book again.
