*There is NO Washer/Dryer in this home* Located in downtown Pensacola's Historic North Hill District in a century-old Victorian home, this one-bedroom apartment is full of old world charm. Enjoy original hardwood flooring, a private balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Just minutes from Downtown Pensacola and walking distance to the popular Palafox Street, you will have plenty to explore! This stay allows easy access to I-110, is 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach and close to Naval Air Station. Providing you with a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, and linens, you’ll likely have everything you need for your vacation in this spacious apartment. Be sure to check the Pensacola event calendar - we are known as the “Festival City of the South” and there is always something going on!

The apartment is on the second floor of a Victorian home located on a busy, Pensacola street. There is potential for traffic noise.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, the apartment is large and clean. It is centrally located to the beach and downtown. This is an older property on a busy road.

Host was welcoming and took care of everything I needed. A super crazy cold front came through for the weekend I was there and Cindy provided me with a space heater, and extra blankets! Would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and well stocked. Very spacious and quit neighborhood. The only complaint I would have is the stairs sway when you go up and down them. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

The check in process was very easy and the location is great! Very close to downtown Pensacola and comfortably houses 3 people. The property was also very clean and had a good sized kitchen. Only a 15 minute drive from the beach!

Lovely stay, and very considerate host

My mother and I stayed in Pensacola at the Gulf Coast BNB. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only minor negative was that the balcony faces a very busy, noisy road.

Cute but old/historic

Its a cute apartment and very convenient to downtown. The apartment is old and could use some upgrades. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. The check in process was very simple no complaints.
