Guest Access:

The home and private palapa are exclusively for your use. Guests also have access to the shared pool.



The Neighborhood:

Located in El Faro, Casas del Sol is a residential area just a short walk to Playa Manzanillo and next to Mirador Sueño Posible. It is known for its quiet atmosphere and is not suitable for parties.



Getting Around:

Puerto Escondido is a small town, and many places are within walking distance. You can also rent a car or scooter and use the secure parking area. Taxis are easily available just a short two-block walk from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the electricity usage policy: 25 kWh per night is included. Additional usage will be charged at 5 pesos per kWh. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and you may monitor usage during your stay.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to arrival. A secure link will be sent before check-in, and completion is required to access the property.
