Well-located property five blocks east and seven blocks north of The White House. Cozy, clean, and nicely furnished with full kitchen and high-speed wi-fi. Street parking was simple via DC’s DDOT website, at no cost as a visitor. I would happily stay again!

This was a return visit to this property- and this place feels like home! It has everything you need- well stocked. Perfectly clean, great kitchen. Quiet, secure, pretty, nice location. Even sitting out on the front garden bench, watching everyone rush around, was very entertaining. We will always use this apartment for out DC visits.

Great location, easy walk to 14th or Blagden Alley. Parking pass is amazing if you have a vehicle. Very quiet and clean property.

Great experience!

I stayed here while attending a work conference in the area. It was in a great walkable location, everything was well organized and maintained, and it was perfect for my stay.

Great location, charming neighborhood

Very cute, comfortable apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean, everything you need. Great restaurants, and sites that are walkable, train is walkable. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay in DC - convenient to Conference Center

Very nice apartment. Very clean and spacious. Convenient to the Conference Center (10 min walk) with some great and interesting restaurants close up. Would stay again.

Close to Convention Center

We had a nice stay here. The space did its job in providing a place to rest after long days of volleyball at the convention center. The parking permit was a great addition and we didn't find it hard to find a space.

Great place for a 4 day stay. It’s not overly spacious - but perfectly cozy & comfy. The way the apartment is furnished takes perfect advantage of the available space to divide an fairly open floor plan into separate “spaces” for a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom & bath. The neighborhood can’t be beat - easy access to all central DC neighborhoods and proximity to gyms and a wide range of great restaurants. Host was very responsive & courteous. Check-in/check-out a breeze. Would definitively return.

Great Place close to the Convention Center

This is a really great place to stay if you want a quiet place to unwind after a day walking the floor. It’s a very compact place but it is comfortable and equipped. It is literally a few short blocks from the convention center. There are some stores close by that can fill in some immediate needs. Very nice place to stay and a good value.

Small but well appointed and located place. Recently redone, everything very nice. Great communication. Very small shower so might be an issue if you are a large person but otherwise great

comfy, quiet and well-located

We had a wonderful two night stay. What a great location: a quiet safe neighborhood with great restaurants nearby and a half hour walk (or quick, moderately priced Uber) to the National Mall/major museums and Union Station. The apartment was nicely decorated. clean and had everything we needed. We will come back!

A wonderful spot in a great location

The title says it all! The food around the apartment is all great and you’re so close to the metro that venturing out for the sights is super easy. That said, the apartment is so nice that it’s easy to take a day off and just relax inside.

Place was amazing. The instructions to get in were not even close. It was not the same type lock on the door as the instructions, and there was no instructions on you have to turn two door handles at the same time, IF you can get the code figured out. It appears maybe some maintenance company might have switched out the deadbolt for them with a handle style. The host was GREAT, contacted up very very late at night and tried her best to help and we finally got it all figured out. The power went out in half the house the last day of the stay, making that end unusable. The description of the place, how close it is to the mall, the size, everything else was absolutely perfect.
