This is the second time I have stayed here and I have enjoyed it both times. It is close to the lake and not too far from the freeway.If you enjoy the outdoors, the owners have accommodated you with equipment and a pass for the lake.The cabin is well equipped and furnished and it is clean. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic Property

lovely place to go on long walks in both the mornings and the evenings with our dog. We saw deer wandering through the neighborhood almost every night. The house is clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Fun Place

This place was a perfect little getaway! Having the kayaks there was amazing. As well as having a pinball machine to play with, a big connect 4, dartboard and Jenga!

Great Getaway in the Sierras

Great place to relax and enjoy the area for a few days. Near Lake Tahoe and the Rubicon Trail. Well equipped cabin that works well for families and dogs. Hosts were very helpful.

celebrated thanksgiving and birthday

beautiful home that my whole family and two dogs loved. beautiful area too. definitely recommend the hike to the waterfall! some dishes weren’t clean on arrival but that’s our only complain!

Great cabin

Very well decorated and cozy home. Suitable for a standard family. Hot tubs are an absolite must for snow trips and this one waa great, the kids spent a good hour in it each night. Great place to stay, a little far from sierra if there is traffic but without traffic its an easy drive. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

The cabin has both originality and modern features , which we loved . Relaxing getaway and perfect location too . Has almost anything you need and the goodie basket was fun. Very clean and comfortable. Will be back for sure .

Great little getaway

My family really enjoyed staying at Camp Muaddi! We love the rustic cabin look of this place. Great amenities too. Loved the giant connect four, pinball machine, darts and poker set and not to mention, the hot tub! Can't wait to come back and use the kayaks! It is so close to Jenkinson Lake. We are definitely coming back as soon as we can!

Weekend getaway

Melissa completely out did herself! This hidden gem is a place of peace and quiet! So close to Sly Park Recreation area with a beautiful view and walk around the water! Melissa went out of her way to make us feel special and really personalize our stay! So great that it’s dog friendly! We will definitely be staying again!

Nice accommodations. Close to Jenkinson Lake, short drive to many interesting places. Fenced backyard ( we traveled with our Labrador retriever) If visiting the area again, I would try to book it again.

This property is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, it is very beautiful. The property is comfortable, nicely appointed, and the hosts are very welcoming. It was easy to book, and communications were great. It is a great place for a single person, couple, or small family. There are lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation and there is internet connectivity. I highly recommend it and hope to stay here again.

Very considerate host warmed the cabin for our arrival and left tasty snacks. This is a beautifully appointed, super clean, well-located cabin on a corner site with good on- site parking and a large wrap-around backyard. Great master suite & bath, comfortable spacious floor plan, full kitchen loaded with necessities, truly a perfect vacation cabin in a scenic, very safe, woodsy neighborhood near the lake. Best rental ever & we are picky.

Thoughtful and comfortable house!

Our family of 4 stayed here the week after New Year's for relaxing and snow play. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of thoughtful touches around the house, one of the easiest places we've ever settled into. Everything felt intuitive and I didn't have to search for anything. All instructions were simple and everything worked and we didn't once have to call for anything like plumbing or maintenance issues. The hot tub and car covering were really nice to have for winter weather.

You won't be disappointed!

Wow, wow, wow! You will not be disappointed if you stay here! I never leave reviews because honestly I have nothing good to say, but this place was amazing! First off, super clean! No sticky handles, no dust bunnies, no gross carpet, etc. The furniture is new and comfortable. Beds were comfortable with multiple pillow types to chose from. Check-out didnt have a long list of chores. Spa was clean and private. Host left goodies, which my 6 year old couldnt get enough of. There was a dart board and pin ball machine in the garage which was super fun. Location was convient. Towels were new and smelled good. Kitchen was well stocked. I could go on and on. The place was great! By far the best cabin we have ever stayed. Did I mention the place was clean? My daughter even mentioned to me that this was the first place where I didn't tell her to not touch something because it would be gross lol! Book this place! You will be happy you did!

Camp Muaddi is wonderful -5 star place

We really love loved our weekend stay here in Camp Muaddi it was very comfortable and everything we needed to cook and sleep comfortably (ie extra blankets ) was there. I would definitely stay here again. The place was immaculately clean. Thank you for letting us stay there. We loved it. We will be back. The extra drink refrigerator in the kitchen was a great plus
