Villa Arawak is a lovely property located in the Terres Basses area, just a few minutes walk from Plum Bay beach. With 4 bedrooms, it's a great option for larger groups or families traveling together. And it's great to know that air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot weather.



Having a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and outdoor lounge area is a great way to enjoy the beautiful weather and the scenic views of the large garden. It provides a perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're lounging on the terrace or taking a refreshing dip in the pool. It also sounds like a great space for entertaining or spending time with friends and family. The swimming pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, outside this period the heating of the swimming pool is optional, at an additional cost of $350 per week.
