Or have a getaway with a small group of friends or family? If so, then this cottage, within walking distance to the beach, is for you!

The covered front porch is an ideal setting for chatting with the neighbors and sipping on lemonade. To the left of the duplex is a courtyard and a spiral staircase leading to the roof top deck, with enough seating for your group. This deck gives you the best of both worlds with privacy and limited ocean views. Perfect for those windy beach nights gazing at the stars!

As you enter this duplex, you will notice the unique design of the cottage, with the common areas of the living room, dining room, and kitchen along the right side and the private areas of the bedrooms and bathrooms along the left side of the cottage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination with beachy themes. The second bedroom has a queen size bed also with ensuite bathroom featuring a small walk-in shower and plenty of closet space with tropical and tribal themes. This is a perfect set up for a getaway to our little island! This property sleeps up to 3 people. No more than 3 people allowed to occupy the rental at any given time.
