Our intimate 1 bedroom is a 9-min walk to downtown or 3 min drive to beach. Cool vibe w/shades of blue & gold. Private patio w/comfy chairs to enjoy garden views. KING size bed, HDTV, kitchenette w/cooking necessities, Keurig, nicely sized bathroom with toiletries and towels, in-suite Washer/Dryer, beach chairs & towels.

Our home is NOT a full-time rental. Instead, we have renovated Heron's Hideaway for family, making it available when they visit. Amelia Island is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Nassau Sound and one of the East’s largest and deepest inlets, ⛵Cumberland Sound. Edged with natural Appalachian quartz beaches and framed by sand dunes. Amelia Island's shores have long been a source of beauty. And, the ocean's average temperature during the summer? A welcoming 82 degrees. What are you waiting for? Grab your towel and sunscreen and we'll see you on the beach!
