Located on the 18th fairway of the world class Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, this property will accommodate everyone from golfing enthusiasts to those chasing a luxury holiday home in beautiful Dunsborough.

Not just limited to a Golf Course property, this home also includes an enormous theatre room with a huge Plasma TV with surround sound and enough seating for the whole group.

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King bed, wall mounted television and DVD player, looking our past the expansive balcony overlooking the 18th fairway, green and lakes of the beautiful golf course. Off the main bedroom is the en-suite that includes a soothing spa bath to enjoy after a day on the course or at the beach.

Also located upstairs is the large open games room with pool table, kitchenette including bar fridge for convenience. With reverse cycle air conditioning and an open gas fireplace, comfort is guaranteed year round.

Downstairs has the main living areas, kitchen including dishwasher and double fridge/freezer looking past the dining area to the outside deck, manicured gardens, built in BBQ and fully enclosed backyard with a gate leading you directly onto the golf course and just 200m to the Club House.

Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Bin collection day is Tuesday please place both the green bin & recycling bin on the front curb Monday evening. If bin day is not during your stay bins are to be taken out to the curb on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love this house!

Such a great house for a group of friends. We love the outlook over the golf course and the pool table upstairs.Only thing we would have loved included is some basic kitchen things, like salt and pepper and oil for cooking.This is the second time we have stayed here and we'll definitely be back again!

Needs Maintenance

The house was very large and spacious and in a great location however for the amount of money paid we expected it to be in better shape. The oven fan function didn't work, the upstairs tap wouldn't turn off, the spa had black gunk in it when turned on, the clothes line was partially falling off the wall was dusty and rusted out, the concrete outside was sooty and dirty, the outside deck had nails sticking out of the timbers, the bed covers had stains and felt like they weren't washed after every stay. Wouldn't stay there again unless the place was better maintained and serviced.
