The house was lovely and really well situated for easy access to the town centre and the beach. The house had everything we needed and so much for the kids to play with. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded to messages very quickly. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, very clean and tidy!

Very happy with the accommodation for our stay. We were a group of 4 guys (35+) and found it very comfortable and walking distance into town for dinner and drinks. Would definitely stay again

Easy access to beach and Dunsborough town. Spacious, outside back porch lovely to sit out, good amenities with a good supply of basics. Beds very comfy.

Pelly Place was perfect for our stay in Dunsborough! So close to town and to the beach. The house had everything we needed and our host Natasha was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a kids

We had a lovely stay at Pelly place with our children and parents. It was a perfect house for the kids with everything you need there and it’s in an ideal location to be able to walk to the beach and the town centre.
