Relaxed family home - 5 min walk to the beach

Great holiday home with modern amenities including lovely outdoor deck, BBQ, a cubby for the kids and a 5 min walk to the pristine beaches of Geographe Bay and newly developed Busselton foreshore. Central location with a 3 min drive to Busselton jetty and local restaurants.

The property has 4 adult bikes with helmets and 2 kayaks with lifejackets and buggies. The deck is complete with a modern gas BBQ and gas outdoor heater for the chilly evenings.

The kitchen boasts a new oven, cooktop, dishwasher and lots of general cooking equipment and a large laundry with front washer and indoor and outdoor washing line.

Newly installed reverse cycle air-conditioning ensures a perfect temperature all year round.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richards and Denise’s house. Loads of extras in the kitchen made our Xmas lunch away from home so easy. We enjoyed the bikes. The home was very comfortable with lots of cushions and blankets for relaxing on the lounge. The Xmas decorations were also a beautiful touch. Communication was excellent. Thank you so much for making our Xmas lovely.

Great spot, price and inclusions!

Great home to stay. Place accommodates everyone. We didn’t have young kids but could see how well it accommodates littlies without taking up space my teenagers needed. The office area was great for my girl studying, the garden even had herbs to cook with and there was lots of extra items most places don’t have like kayaks, fishing rods and bikes. This place was generous and it made us feel at home. Thank you Richard, your place really made a lovely holiday for us.

Summer Holiday

House was bigger than expected and room for everybody (4 kids). Boys enjoyed playing cricket in the back yard. Air conditioning was new and icy cold which was a relief on the 40 degree day. Would love to stay again next summer.

Wonderful place to stay with loads of amenities

This was a great place for a family vacation just minutes walk from a beautiful baech and short bike ride into hub of Busselton. Loads of amenities including bikes and kayaks. Kids loved playing in the cubby house! Communication with the owners was very professional. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The Ultimate Getaway

In the wise words of my 5-year-old: "Do we really have to leave this beautiful house?" The photos don't even come close to capturing the awesomeness of this place. The backyard is a paradise, the kitchen has everything you didn't know you needed, and the internet is faster than Severus Snape confronted by shampoo.If you don't stay here, you're missing out.

Family friendly

We have previously stayed in cabins and villas which proclaim to be family friendly and have everything you need for your stay - until you don’t have oil to cook with or bowls for your children. Richard and Denise’s property leaves nothing unnoticed, even down to cling wrap in the cupboard. Our young daughters settled quickly during our stay as they had all the comforts of home; smart tv, comfy beds, large yard, toys, DVDs, even board games. We could stock the large fridge and settle in as if it were a home away from home. Located on the quiet end of Marine Tce, you are minutes from the action of town but also far enough away to enjoy the peace and a quick stroll to IGA. Thanks again, we will be back!

Everything you need

The house was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and more. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. The backyard was neat and the garden was well kept. There was alot of room and would do well for a family stay.

Beach get a way

My daughter lives close by so we chose Geographe as our preferred location. This house was actually just around the corner so the older children walked to visit. I had an interstate visitor so we started with 3 girls then the workers joined us on the Friday. The house was beyond expectation. Lovely renovated bathrooms, laundry and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. The garden outside was well maintained and the kids cubby a bonus for little visiting Grandson. We really enjoyed our stay as it was also central to anything we wanted to do and easy for getting to roads out of town. Richard was easy to contact and responded quickly to messages. It was a lovely stay and we would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Busselton or surrounds.

The Best

Such a lovely, well thought out house with everything and more we needed! It has a warm, homely feel that you really don’t feel the need to go anywhere. The backyard is large with a well maintained garden and lots of toys for everyone! We loved our stay and will be back.

Just fabulous !

Fabulous hosts. Well equipped house and a beautiful and spacious garden. Plenty of space for kids to run around and play in the garden. Added bonus was the kayaks and the bikes. We loved our stay and we will definitely back, Thanks Richard and Denise

It has everything

Aqua on marine was perfect in everyway. There's plenty of spaces to chill out as well as come together to socialise. The quality and cleanliness and comfort were 5 star, kitchen had everything we needed and the bikes and kayaks just topped it off as the best place I've stayed. Beautifully relaxing property

Great house, great location

The house is very comfortable and up to date with a great kitchen. The location is really good, about a 5 min walk to the beach and close to the centre of town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house and location

Stayed at this property over the new year period. Fantastic location, close to the wedding event we had over the weekend. Bonus being close to the beach and all amenities. House is as photos appear, great backyard and house well stocked with all necessities. Was quite warm due to being the middle of summer, but letting the breeze through made it okay. Would recommend this property for any future stays.

We had an amazing stay! 😊

Our family stayed for 3 nights: my husband and I with our 3 year old toddler, my parents and brother who visited from abroad and their first time in Australia. They were really amazed with the property (and us too). The place was clean and true to what's advertise. It is really comfortable, homey and spacious inside and outside the deck/yard. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with spices to use in cooking. My toddler adores the kids' toys (kitchen and food items) + cubby house at the backyard since we only brought her bear stuffy due to limited space in the car. They also have several board games to play with. The property is also central in location and close to everything (beach, cafes, groceries, stores) all within 5-10mins drive, and is walking distance from IGA. Richard and Denise are also amazing property managers and we have clear communication with each other. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would love to stay again at Richard and Denise's property the next time we visit Busselton area. We highly recommend this place!

We love to escape down to Busselton regularly to enjoy the 'best kept secret' only a few hours from Perth. The pristine beaches provide wonderful opportunities for walking, swimming and just hanging around. The town offers great shopping and eating out options and of course, there are many wonderful places to explore and discover within a few hours from Busselton. There is always a holiday feel to the area and we have found the locals to be very friendly and welcoming
