The Space:
Morning light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows as snow settles quietly among the evergreens. After a day on the slopes, you return to warm up by the fireplace, boots drying in the mudroom while the mountains fade into a soft winter dusk beyond the glass. Evenings unfold with shared meals, fireside conversations, and time together high above the valley.
Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski access home sits 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, offering forested surroundings and panoramic mountain views. A private gondola provides a four-minute ride down to Creekside, while ski-out access is just 200 meters away - seasonal and dependent on snowfall.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 13 across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. The seventh bedroom offers a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo.
Living spaces
The open-plan main level is anchored by a fireplace and framed by expansive windows beneath a soaring cathedral ceiling. The dining table seats ten, complemented by a large kitchen island with seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals and gatherings.
Entertainment & wellness
A dedicated media room with fireplace and table tennis invites relaxed evenings indoors. The gym includes a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells for active mornings. Outside, soak in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor firepit, or unwind on the deck surrounded by forest.
Additional amenities include Wifi, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, heating, smart lock self check-in, free parking garage on premises, and private entrance.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
