気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
the owner cancelled our booking last minute as they have double booking
we are very disappointed and this place is to avoid at all cost. we booked and paid for 30Apr-01May23. Hours before arriving, we tried calling the host to check how to collect the key but not responsive. until a lady by the name of Macy answered and said that there is email instructions which in fact is none. we reached the place and still trying to contact the host until i have spoken to Marcus and told me that there is double booking and cannot accommodate us and will just refund the payment (until now, no refund is made and did not even try to contact us) but that is not what we wanted. we need a place to stay as we are family with kids and came 400kms away. This owner is not professional at all and even i have spoken to the current tenants, they even told me good luck in reaching out to them as they are not responsive.
on another note, we want the refund and compensation for the inconvenience you caused us!!! Hope you’ll have no other customer to experience what we had as it is very stressful and unacceptable. Vrbo, kindly contact me soonest as i’ve send this complaint yesterday and until now your platform has not contacted me yet.
