Cozy cottage (guest house) One Person. In the heart of Mapleton hill walk to Pearl Street, close to Sanitas hiking trails (4th and Mapleton) North Boulder Park is just a few blocks away where there is lots of space to play frisbee and relax on the grass, there is also a recreation center on Broadway within a few miles, Spruce pool is located in the Whittier area. The parking is on the street, the driveway and backyard are private to the main house, the entire property is non-smoking, no pets or unregistered guests are allowed without a specific agreement.
Flat screen tv, cable and wireless wifi are included. Linens and towels included. there is no washer or dryer. One Person maximum.
