Excellent pool, gym, spa and 2 saunas. Situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, enjoy vibrant mix of shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance of the property. On-site parking, fully stocked and designed to bring joy.

The space
You will be on the second floor (elevator available), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Fully furnished, kitchen fully equipped. Washer and dryer are in a shared laundry next to apartment.
The pool, spa and BBQ area are on the same floor and accessible via private walkway from the outside dining area.

The entire apartment and all common areas are for your use including washer and dryer room
