The property was clean and as advertised. The hosts were responsive to my pretrip questions and addressed a minor HVAC issue during our stay. The patio and pool are were our favorite. Highly recommend.

This home is lovely and the owners are very responsive to messaging. We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is designed perfectly with the master suite in the back of the house. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the grounds are extremely family friendly. We stayed for a week and we’re extremely pleased to be in this home.

Absolutely beautiful property, with stunning views. The house was clean & very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the tv had all the options you would want. Great location to everything. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very well appointed home! The beds were super comfy and the backyard views and vibe are spectacular! Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, having breakfast on the patio. The hosts were welcoming and communication with them was pleasant. Would love to stay here in the future!

Perfect fit for our little fish

We are so happy to have found this wonderful rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our kiddos LOVED the pool and the entire property was well suited for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids.

Incredible Home, Even More Incredible Views

This home is one of the best weve stayed at. The rooms are spacious, kitchen well stocked, location perfect, and the pool - so beautiful and relaxing. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning. We loved looking at all the beautiful plants. We truly hope to stay here again!

Great outdoor living and view

Our second visit to this property on family vacation. It is marvelous. Spacious property with great ourdoor living with pool, lots of seating and amazing view. Well kept and very comfortable. Love staying here! Perfect location for hopping around San Diego.

Family wedding

This home was just right for our family. We came into town for my son's wedding, and it didn't rain until the end ! Nice place to relax, wish we could stay longer.

Great property!!!!

In town for SDSU family weekend and we prefer getting a house for the weekend. This was a lovely property with an amazing view and great privacy. Rooms for each of the kids with TVs was a plus. Hosts were extremely responsive and on top of things!!

Avocado house

The house was everything as advertised we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Owners were very quick to respond to our questions. Clean and private and a great pool the kids loved it. Convenient to everything.

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and the views and the pool were amazing.The hosts were great to respond when we had a question. Plenty of towels and plates, silverware, etc. Really the only problem we ran into was locating the house because the entrance is kind of hidden so make sure to pay attention to the instructions

Family Vacay

We were so happy with our stay at the Avacado House! We were 20 minutes from everything! The pool and gardens were a welcome relief after being on our feet all day exploring! We loved the 3 king beds for 3 couples! It was a wonderful stay for our first trip to California! Thank you!
