Pleasant place. Quiet neighborhood minus the barky dog but it was inside most of the time and did not disturb sleep. Good access to the university, grocery store, and pub. Serious stairway if you have limitations. I would stay there again.

Great location! Pictures are true to the property. Entry is from the back and up somewhat steep stairs. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics.

This unit is a perfect spot for visiting Dillon. Everything you need. Comfortable. Clean! Very enjoyable. Our family has stayed here a few times already. Great find!

Stayed in the apartment from 5/8/24 thru 5/12/24 to help my daughter move from the UMW dorms to a new shared/roommate house nearby. Super convenient for people visiting the UMW campus - 2 blocks away. Also, easy walking distance to downtown for shops, brewery, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Sparky's Garage (a restaurant) is also very close and I highly recommend - great food, a really nice staff, and lots of local customers.The apartment is stocked with everything you need. Definitely read "the book" that the owners have left. Very interesting story with a brief history of the house and their future plans. Can't wait to see it when the owners' vision has been realized!Currently, you do have to walk up a long set of stairs to access the unit, but that was no problem for us. I highly recommend this rental.
