Pacifico L-306 in Coco is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the second floor overlooking the pool.
The Space:
The living room is nicely furnished and decorated with modern art. It opens on a large, furnished terrace with a barbecue where you can have coffee or meals overlooking the gardens and pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four, and an attractive wooden dining table seats six. In the three elegantly furnished bedrooms, two have large beds and one has two twin beds, allowing the condo to sleep six. This air-conditioned unit also has a washer/dryer.
Why Pacifico L306 in Coco
Pacifico is the top residential vacation resort in Playas del Coco, with four swimming pools, a poolside restaurant/bar and beautifully tended gardens. It’s about eight blocks from the beach, next to Coco’s vibrant main street.
Staying at Pacifico gives you access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers the best beachfront lounging in town. Daily rates for adults are $35 per person, which $25 is applied toward food and drink. The Pacifico resort itself is located several blocks from the beach, but a shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, fine dining, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.
Pacifico offers gated 24/7 security with a guard, and a parking spot is included in the building. The unit has a washer/dryer, and maid service is available upon request.

Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Pacifico: Luxury Living and Exclusive Amenities in Playas del Coco
Pacifico is the top residential resort in Playas del Coco, offering over 300 luxury condominiums and unmatched amenities in the heart of this thriving Costa Rican boom town.
Start with the centerpiece “lazy river” swimming pool, which meanders in curves through the middle of the development. Here you can order a light lunch and cocktails from the poolside Piña Shack bar and grill, with breakfast served on weekends.
If you’re not feeling “lazy,” join an aquarobics workout in the pool. Hit the Longev gym in the Village Shops at Pacifico (for a fee) to exercise on state-of-the-art equipment. Play tennis, pickleball, basketball or mini-soccer at the newly renovated multi-sport complex, though guests must bring their own sports equipment. Hike, bike or run on miles of nature trails — this being Costa Rica, of course there’s a waterfall. And your kids will love the climbing structures in the shaded play area.

Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio, ribeye steak or eggplant gratin while sipping a Centenario pineapple cocktail.
Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases)
Weekly events at the Pacifico Beach Club include live music, food and drink specials and children’s activities. This is also an excellent venue for special events, including weddings.
The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back.
Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies.
There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave!
Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Our information brochure will provide you with useful information on local transportation options and points of interest, as well as contact information for taxis and shuttles.
Other Things to Note:
Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Some construction — and a discount
Please be advised that Pacifico is currently undergoing an expansion involving the construction of new ocean-view condos. Crews will be working 10 days straight, with three days of rest, until completion of the first two buildings in February 2025. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption to guests, but in consideration of this construction project, Special Places is offering a 10% discount on all Pacifico properties until it’s over. This discount is already reflected in the price listed for this unit.

Amazing stay
This was a beautiful apartment that was conveniently located. It was in a safe community and was walkable for food groceries bakeries and the beach! The concierge service recommended handled EVERYTHING from tours to airport transfers. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo!
We had a wonderful stay at the Paradiso! The property was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for. We visited the beach club twice while we were there and it was just what we needed. The beach was lovely, the staff was wonderful, and the shuttle was super convenient. We also had a great experience with the management company who was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleanest Condo in Paradise!
The condo was absolutely lovely and the cleanest VRBO property we’ve ever rented! We were totally happy with the condo and location. The only problem with the condo was in the morning it was far too hot to sit on balcony and enjoy our morning coffee. A shade on the left side would probably help with that. Otherwise, the condo was well equipped, comfortable beds… all just spectacular! Would definitely want to stay there again! However, getting to the unit was extremely frustrating. I had to contact the company the day before our arrival because I had not heard from them and was wondering how we’d gain entry. I also informed them when our plane would land and that we’d be taking time to pick up our rental car. When I heard back from them finally, they suggested we use Waze to find their office and someone would be there to take us to the condo and show us how things worked. Once we picked up our car, we were not able to get Waze to work. Thankfully, the car rental people called the management company and they gave the directions. This was our 11th trip to Coco but first time staying at Pacifico so luckily once we got directions we were familiar with where the office was located. We finally got there and the office was closed… nobody around. So we went to the guarded gate of entrance and after I showed my rental agreement to the guard he let us pass. So we found the condo on our own. We were not happy with the run around!
