Welcome to "DRAGON'S LAIR" this 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home is located in the gated community of the St. George Plantation. Boasting a private pool, decks, and an elevator making your stay an experience to remember. The exterior of the home features a private pool, spa, fish cleaning station, under-house parking, and park style grill. The foyer on the ground level features an elevator and stair well leads to the floors above. The first floor features a secondary sitting area with a TV and access to the deck. The first floor also contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. The second floor features the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The living area features comfortable seating, a fire place, and a TV. A half bath is located off of the living area. The dining table seats 8 people. The master suite is also on this floor, featuring a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and soaker tub. Both floors feature decks to enjoy the coastal breeze.
BEDS: 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 single bunks, 1 sleeper sofa
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs in main bedrooms, beautifully equipped kitchen with granite tile countertops and stainless appliances, elevator, gas fireplace, tile flooring throughout main living areas, carpet in bedrooms, covered porches, screened porch, private pool, fish cleaning station, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, under-house concrete parking. This home has access to the Planation Clubhouse with community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and fitness center.
