Welcome to your relaxing, gulf retreat! Sandcastle Unit #105 is a brand new, luxurious, first floor one-bedroom condo with gorgeous views. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests and is perfect for a beach getaway.

From the moment you walk into Unit 105, you will be swept away by the gorgeous and contemporary coastal theme. Modern touches complete the look of this condo, and there is no shortage of space either. You can have a perfect movie night with the family on the couch or lounge chairs in the living room while watching movies on the 75" Smart TV with Direct TV Stream as well.

The kitchen area is complete with fully upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and any state-of-the-art kitchen gadgets you'll need for your vacation. There is also a dining area with a table with seating for four and extra bar seats for 4. Guests will be able to enjoy their breakfast and take full advantage of the views from the floor to ceiling windows.

The sleeping area has a king size bed with resort style linens, 65” smart flat screen tv, armoire style dresser and two nightstands for personal items. The queen size sleeper sofa has an upgraded gel foam mattress. High Speed Fiber Internet is available in every unit.

This completely renovated bathroom has a beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.

The owners love sharing their upscale “Oceans My Heaven” beach condo and have a few cabinets locked for their own usage, however there is plenty of extra space for your stay.

This unit also has a washer and dryer!

The Condo is GREAT!! Clean, comfy and just right for 2. The downside it the crazy private “home” being built straight across from the balcony. I am so sorry for Sandcastle Condos that this monstrosity was allowed to be built and that it is a HUGE mess to look at. This is a disaster to the community.

Absolutely Amazing!

I can't say enough what a great time we had here! Everything was provided and it felt like home. Very spacious for our family and the little touches such as games, books, beach towels, phone chargers, etc. just made us feel like home. Also, the space was immaculate and the location was perfect. The only downside was the elevator was out of service most of the time, but close parking was plentiful and one flight of stairs was doable if not carrying luggage up and down stairs. We hope to stay again soon!

Loved it!

Both my kids and I loved staying here! It was very clean and well decorated. We had a great view of the ocean and the huge pool. It’s an easy walk to both. The king sized bed and pull out couch bed were very comfy. There are plenty of places to eat and shop that are just minutes away. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Port A!

What we needed

Besides the comfort level of the unit the view of the water was a sight to daily wake up to. Also, Sandcastle is near enough to town, that we walked every evening, 30-40 minutes each way, into town for dinner. Enjoyed the get away.

Spring break get away

Sandcastle condo. Exceeded my expectations. Property was clean, customer service didnt lack. Attended furing spring break. Property maintain great customer service and cleanliness. Easy check in and out. Beach close. Me and my fiancée definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Highly Recommend

This condo is so spacious, well furnished, and very clean. The bed is comfortable and there are lots of cozy seating options. I almost didn't book this one because of a review disclosing that all the closets are locked for owner use only. But there are plenty of other spots to store clothes and personal items even for our week long stay. The resort staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and well maintained. We utilized the pool, hot tub, boardwalk to the beach (A LOT), and even enjoyed feeding the turtles in the little pond. I am a morning person, so watching the sun rise over the water every morning while enoying my hot tea was a highlight. I even made use of the telescope and spotted a pod of dolphins one morning. The coffee station was super handy and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo!

Issues with unit 105

A/C wasn't working. Unit was 79 degrees. Great maintenance man brought a cooling fan which brought down temperature to 76 degrees. Had a 15 minute notice that water would be shut-off from 9:15-5pm to replace valves in their water line. And again the next day that we were checking out. Unit had annoying signs everywhere. Common sense that we wouldn't do in our own home like "don't sit in furniture with wet bathing suits" "no smoking" "dont put suitcase on furniture". Coffee pot shown in pictures, but no coffee in unit. Had to go to lobby every morning to ask for a pod. Main reason we chose this unit was the washer/dryer in unit. I expected a laundry detergent pod. Had to purchase from lobby for $2 for a single load. Also NO closets available. They were all locked. A set of hangers was provided hanging over the door on a bar which my husband hit everytime walking around to his side of the bedroom. ZERO communication with the owner of the unit. Solely left to the property manager which the staff at the front desk were GREAT, FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL. Also BOTH maintenance men were professional and friendly. Sandcastle condos staff are wonderful. The location was perfect. Close to the beach. Easy 2 minute walk from condo.
